WORST. APARTMENT. EVER. Calling for maintenance is impossible. I went 6 MONTHS without a working dishwasher, and a HOLE in my kitchen floor.called the office several times— and they have no record of them putting the giant hole in my floor, and apparently it takes a year for them to order a working dishwasher. Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid restrictions.and asked for a credit for the 6 months I didn’t have hot water in the kitchen or a working appliance with ZERO response.only to be charged $150 for moving out early even after giving 30+ day notice. Last I checked, the people that pay rent keep the business going— maybe you should treat them with a little more respect if you want repeat business.

This place is a JOKE! I'd give it zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time with this horrible property unless you enjoy being treated like a low class citizen. They will take ever cent from you and never fix anything, then make you out to be the reason. Just look at all the lawsuits before choosing the Woodlands.

Terrible. I do not recommend Woodlands. I'm not sure how it got any good reviews. Very poorly maintained and dilapidated. Patio privacy fencing and fencing surrounding dumpsters (which are always overflowing) is falling apart and the laundry room is always disgusting. I can't even walk my dog in the small dog area as there is a fallen down tree that has been there for months. Rent goes up, but nothing is done to improve property. My brother calls Woodlands the slum of Streetsboro. Stay away.

Never move in this apartment complex! The management is extremely unprofessional and greedy for your money and they offer nothing! They’ll never answer any calls or emails and the leasing office always closed. Definitely will not recommend it even to my worst enemies!

I typically don't post reviews, but after buying a rake and raking up the leaves that have covered my patio, steps and sidewalk for several weeks, I felt compelled to review Woodlands. This place is the worst. In the time time I have lived here, there has been a high turnover rate in the office. There have been 3 property managers and several maintenance people. To me, that reflects poorly on the management company. Other than mowing, there is no landscaping. There are weeds at entrance to the development and it's basically like that throughout the property. I have have had to buy my own mulch, trim tree branches that were hanging so low I had to duck to get to my front steps and I fell twice last winter walking to my car because neither the sidewalks or parking lot were shoveled/plowed or salted. There is a pine tree in the back at the dog area that looks as though it's ready to fall over, it really should be cut down, and a rotting picnic table toward the front of the property. As stated previously, there are leaves everywhere I had to rake them up and dispose of them myself. If I am paying rent, I expect these things to be taken care of by the management company. This place is extremely outdated, the windows are drafty and either collect moisture or freeze on the inside, the heating bill is ridiculous in the winter. I could on but suffice to say this place needs a serious facelift from inside and out. While it's quiet and people keep to themselves, some of the people are trashy and don't keep their patio area clean and have blankets hanging in their windows instead of curtains. This should not be allowed as it makes the place look worse than it already does. The only good things I can say are that it is quiet, people are friendly but keep to themselves and that I've never had any issues with maintenance requests. I just don't think Elon management cares about it's tenants, they only care about getting rent. I do not recommend Woodlands and advise that you look elsewhere. You might pay a little more money, but at least you won't be trimming trees and raking leaves.

Was a tenant for a year and ahalf and moved out early 2020. There was a constant change of management and maintenance and poor communication with current tenants. 3 months after moving out I received a bill which got sent to COLLECTIONS for a balance I was never even made aware of. Upon moving out early, I bought out my lease and gave them well over $1,500 and they still want more money. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I loved it there. Idk how they have 3 stars. Must have been the old property manager. But I never had a problem in 2 years. I had to buy out of my contract because I got a new job but I miss the place already
