Woodmere Apartments, Cincinnati OH

Had a great experience a few years ago, decided to move back and things are not the same. The condition of my apartment at move in after my move in date was pushed back was disappointing to say the least. Repairs were made however I was still left with cleaning up roach poop from behind my fridge. Every day I’ve lived here my upstairs neighbor blasts music, yells and smokes weed all day. Cops can’t do anything because he doesn’t answer the door or is quiet once they finally come out- this is at 1-2am. Management isn’t doing anything besides saying call the police and has stopped responding to my complaints.

My car was stolen. Then my son, who is on the lease, had his car towed. The maintenance men are good though. I still wouldn’t recommend moving here.

0 Star, very poor customer service, there is no one ever available to take your call. I put a deposit down but I canceled months before moving in. I have emailed, texted and phone calls left messages for several weeks. Lord knows if there was a maintenance issue how long would that take. Would not recommend moving here!

I believe you have an excellent staff now. Concerned with the residents and the property. I can’t say that for previous staff. I appreciate all they do from front office to maintenance staff.

The maintenance person you sent to repair my air conditioning did not complete the job. He left and close the ticket and never came back. I have had to call repeatedly for the same issue.

I have lived in the neighboring community of these apartments for the last 3 years and I would highly recommend to not move into these apartments. There are multiple tenants that blast music all hours of day for hours on end. I have even gone into the apartments office to complain and they have done nothing. And if I can hear such loud disturbing noise/music at all hours I can’t even imagine how bothered the tenants that actually live are. I’m disgusted by how negligent the property management company that runs this place is.
