I cannot recommend Woodridge more. The management and maintenance crew are very helpful and friendly. I have lived here for several years and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean.

My Fiancé and her family have lived here for a good bit. It seems to be one of the better Townhome/Apartment Communities I've had the pleasure of spending extended periods of time in. The staff truly cares for the tenants, and they are constantly working to improve and update the community. In the last couple of years, they have updated the exteriors of the units, while going through and updating the interiors to have modern interiors to match the newly updated exteriors. Additionally, they are in the process of building a new pool for the residents. The old pool was always clean, and inviting as well so it will only be better than it was before. As for maintenance, they show up swiftly and continue to work with us to make sure the issues are resolved. I would absolutely recommend this community to all those looking for a place to call home.

Tonya and her staff have always gone above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. We started out in a one bedroom and eventually upgraded to a renovated townhome. They made the transition easy and had great communication throughout the process. We have lived here for about a year and half, loved every moment! This is a great place to live, would definitely recommend!
