I’ve lived in these apartments for almost 4 years and Nicole is honestly one of the best landlords I’ve ever had. She will work with you and honestly tries to help you as much as she possibly can. Maintenance follows up quickly with any request. Overall it’s a clean, modern, safe place to live.

As a young college student finding somewhere safe and affordable isn’t an easy thing. Nicole is a wonderful landlord, she was always there when needed and was very pleasant to deal with. The maintenance men are amazing and fast to fix any needs necessary. The property is well taken care of and in such a quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live for the last two years. Thanks for everything!

When I first moved here close to 3 years ago I knew it was the right decision for me Nicole is the manager she was very easy to talk to when I have a problem they always work with me they understand we all go through something sometimes.its quite private and safe.
