Bev the property manager and maintenance guys are all SHADY, CREEPY AND RUDE PEOPLE so better off give your rent money to more reputable human beings than this DUMP and all SMITH TANDY PROPERTIES!

Overall good apartment even if I went in not seeing the unit at first. Water problems can happen but they are fixed promptly. Make sure you keep separate track of what you owe them and you should be okay renting here.
