The bubbly Female worker was so kind and nice and My order was delicious. Definitely will tip her again.

Got mango black tea with lychee jelly. My go to at any Bubble Tea spot and this place delivered!

I tried the vanilla chai with strawberry popping pearls and it was really good. Definitely will come back again!

Visited this place several times. This is the best bubble tea place in beachwood. All the flavors are just too good. My favorite is vanilla chai, it’s so rich, creamy and flavorful.

The workers will Facetime their friends while they work! Besides the unprofessionalness, during a pandemic you don't want to take food from someone who touched their phone and then your drink without gloves on. They never have tapioca pearls, there will sometimes be no employees there during open hours, and the workers are super super slow! Their drinks used to be great, not sure what happened.

Worst tea ever. Ordered Doordash and they gave me two what I think were teas. Had hard white and purple stuff in them. Disgusting

Always taking breaks and getting order wrongs. “Be Back In 30” and always on FACETIME. It’s ridiculous.

Tried to take my son yesterday as a surprise. He loves Bubble Tea. No one was there even though they were supposed to be open. An employee from a store across from them said they come and go as they want. Not a great way to run a business!

Very bad employees, just seem like they have no clue what they were doing and barely listened to me. I ask the employee if they had Thai tea with tapioca and in the quietest voice ever while barely looking at me said they “have no tapioca pearls at the moment” and so I asked “what would you recommend with the Thai tea? ” And then they said they didn’t have any because some employee didn’t make any. This has happened three times lol

I have been there 3 times within the past month. Once “out to lunch” for over 1 1/2 hours, then twice girls there but said they’re closed, while they are on their phones! Poor management for sure!

Usually a very good tea.if you can catch them operating! Came up at 4.30 pm on a Friday, sign "on break, back in 30 min". Who knows when 30 minutes started? ! Another day came up at the same time, but the guys working ran out of bubbles ‍️. Today came up, the girls tell me they're not taking any more orders, at 4.45pm, on a Saturday! They didn't know when they would be back up.quite a few customers being turned away!

I am very surprised Beachwood Management have not shut this place down. It is very nasty. The containers they use to make the drinks are dirty and stacked in a corner dirty. The countertops are dirty the equipment is dirty. I ordered a smoothie and then threw it away when I saw how nasty the place is kept. The floor is dirty.you can see the dirty.look like the space has never been mopped. I call Beachwood and complained. At a time with Covid going on you would think they would be extra clean.

Worst milk tea. They dont have the machines to do the prep so they use hands instead. You will see the powder in your drink and its disastrous. Employees don't coordinate with each other and service is not so good.

Not great as far as bubble teas go. Very middle of the road. The girl manning the kiosk was nice enough but I probably will not try this particular version of bubble tea again

The prices went up again but the quality went down. I used to love going here, but now the service is blah. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Im not sure why they are even open, selling watered down drinks.

I was craving boba milk tea for a while, unfortunately, the Thai tea was tasteless and warm. It was a take out, otherwise I would have ask for another one. It was UNDRINKABLE.

Stay far away from Woop. The owner doesn’t know what she is doing. She has a horrible attitude and ran that place into the ground. The own sells old products and sold moldy ice to customers for months. The owner lies about the milk tea being vegan, it’s not. Kung Fu tea is better. If you felt sick after have bubble tea, or had an upset stomach, now you know why.
