Slow at getting loaded, 1 pm appointment it is after 2pm before getting a dock, people are friendly but Slow as molasses

I lost my temper with Wooster Motor ways a few months ago due to a disagreement and left a negative review about them. After getting to the bottom of the issue I have come to realize that the company is fair and resonable and that my initial reaction was out of line. Actually, WMW is probally the most laid back and family oriented company in the industry that there is to be associated with.
