Holiday. They accommodated me well on a holiday. Friendly and helpful. Paid extra due to holiday.

Within a hour after my call Philip was very polite and informative about how my Tesla was being towed and delivered to the Tesla dealership.

Fantastic service! Kevin was great. Quick and efficient. From flat tire to on the road was much faster than I expected. Tesla on the other hand was very scant with information on future charges. Despite the car having less than 11k miles and the tire stem breaking off and then claiming that I am responsible for the cost.

Tesla roadside assistance was not helpful, but these guys were! Big Kudos to Lisa and Lukas for helping me out in a pickle! FANTASTIC SERVICE! Thank you!

Quick to respond, especially on an OSU Home game day. Professional and curious driver. Driver took excellent care of my car. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

I called the office on Friday 10.28.2022 and set up an appointment for Saturday 10.29.2022 at 08: 30. I called 15 minutes prior to appointment, and confirmed. Esmeralda said yes, and she called the driver. At 8: 30 I called again to ask where the driver is. She said he is on his way. I waited until 0900, she said that he should be here in 15 minutes. They are literally a 2 minute drive from us. I called again at 09: 15. Explained that I have a customer appointment at 10: 00 and need to be back. I was looking for a discount, because of missing the appointment time. They finally show up at 0930. We delivered the trailer to our customer. I came back to the store, waiting on the driver. The driver stayed at our customers house wanting to impound the trailer because it was not paid. Our customer called us, I told him that I am going to call the Towing company. I called Esmeralda again, and ask her for a discount, because it was scheduled for 0830 and the driver showed up 1 hour late, she hung up on me. No good.

Had lost all air supply to truck & trailer during a trip. Within an hour of contacting my company shop, they informed me of a service truck had been contacted & on the way to my location.

Once he arrived, he crawled underneath the truck to discover a broken air fitting. He replaced the bad fitting with a new one. Within appx 2 hrs of his arrival, I was able to roll out again. Many thanks to him & his quick response for getting me back on the road.

Great job. Very courteous and Jake had a great personality and performance. Would recommend.
