I love Worthington Jewelers, they have been so welcoming and kind every time I have come to the store! I have actually continued working with them even after leaving the state.
I have a few different custom pieces from the store and they have been wonderful to work with not only quickly getting my pieces to me, but also being very communicative during the process. Had the BEST experience with Worthington Jewelers! After looking at several places for a plain gold pave wedding band to no success, I learned about Worthington Jewelers. Within seconds of visiting the store I found exactly what I had been searching for! The staff were all friendly and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my and my husband's wedding bands. It was fantastic to see a business in which the owner is clearly passionate. I was speaking to my husband about wanting a piece of jewelry created with my late grandmother's diamond to have with me on my wedding day. Bob had heard us talking and it was evident how excited he was to help us create such a piece. He took the time to hand design and pick out each component, resulting in an absolutely stunning necklace containing the diamond and matching pearl earrings. Every single detail was perfect, and I honestly started crying in the store the second I saw it. It is the most beautiful set of jewelry and it meant so much to have a a sentimental piece with me on my big day. Thank you so much Bob and the Worthington Jewelers team!

Their redipping processes ruined my white gold jewelry and they are not taking accountability for it, despite the fact that this has never been an issue with any other jeweler. Be cautious going here for any redipping services.

I loved my first permanent bracelet done by Richard at worthington jewelers so much I had to go back for a second! The quality is great and if for whatever reason It breaks or you have to have It medically removed if you bring It back they will re-weld It at no additional fee (which most places I’ve looked into charge roughly $15). My experience with Richard was great and I cannot recommend this place enough for any of your jewelry wants/needs!

Beautiful store. Went to the selling event. They tried to buy a vintage sapphire, diamond and gold ring for $30. It was appraised for $600. I also had two bracelets silver one with sapphire and diamonds the other aquamarine and diamonds. They tried to buy them $4 a piece. No, thank you! I will go somewhere else.

I visited this store about two weeks ago. They were not welcoming at all. There were multiple times when associates walked past me and never asked if I needed anything. There was one associate arranging jewelry from the floor/case who was nice and spoke but the rest of the staff merely stared. It was a very depressing experience because I saw so many positive views I was actually excited to go to the store. I guess I didn’t “appear” to look as if I had money to spend or anything of value so I was already judged upon entering the store. It’s okay I will NEVER be back so no worries. I just wanted to be sure to let others from my community know what they may experience and advice they may want to look elsewhere.

I only have great things to say about Worthington Jewelers. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and have always prioritized my wishes and vision for whatever piece I am looking for. Most recently, I ordered a custom engagement ring through them, and all along the way Tabitha helped me and kept me up to date from picking out the initial band/stone/head design, to the CAD drawings, the ordering, and the resizing (100% my fault, but they made the process insanely fast and easy). So, if you’re looking for a place that is legitimately there to help you find exactly what you’re looking for, this is the place to go!

I bought a wedding band and an engagement ring at Worthington Jewelers. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and service was always prompt. They made it an easy choice to spend money at a locally owned shop as opposed to a large chain. It’s best to book an appointment because they can get busy!
