Worthington Pediatric Dentists, Columbus OH

Spend 30 minutes out of my lifetime just waiting for my son to be seeing. I do understand 10-15 minutes but 30? Was definitely enough time to realize that I need to look for different dental office.

Love this dental office! I will drive 30 miles to have them care for my daughter! Wonderful place! I have referred a few friends and family here and they loved it too!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews - but our recent experience missed the mark in so many areas.

To start, we had one of the first appointment time slots and were finally called back 30 minutes after the appointment time.

While being walked back to our (very old and grungy) chair we had to squeeze past another child who was actively having work done in his mouth, and an equipment table. I was certain I’d bump the child next to me. We sat next to a fish tank that had mold growing on the outside … I’m surprised the fish were living still. Apparently they are moving location so hopefully upgrading the space)

What really ruined the experience was Dr Jonny. He acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. Offered no guidance around basic questions. I feel like I could have googled pediatric dentistry for 10 minutes and been able to deliver a better service than he did. I was shocked at how poor of an experience it was.

I do see many positive reviews which is what led me here in the first place. The negative reviews all seem to be centered around Dr Jonny. If you do find yourself here, highly suggest finding another dr.

It’s our first time in the new location. Beautiful set up and excellent customer support.

Dr Mindy Price, Nicole and Debbi have been beyond accommodating to our anxious child numerous times. I'm so grateful for their willingness to adjust and work with her. Thank you!
