Love Dr. Ataman! She is the best with my children and so kind and experienced.

Stay away if you actually want healthy kids. Since Dr Bolton retired, this facility is an unqualified disaster. The new clinician sent my kid out of a checkup with an ear infection - because he failed to check her ears. Then, when I went to have her sports physical completed, I was told it will be 10 days an an additional fee. Save yourself some money and time, find a different practice.

We recently experienced a poorly handled situation by the office staff and office manager. We received a letter in the mail stating our daughter's doctor would no longer treat her and was being discharged. There was no reason why listed in the letter. I called the office and was told we had too many canceled appts that were not within the 24 hour time requirement. These appts were from 2019. Nothing from 2020 to now. They also advised we had missed a 9/27/23 appt. I told them I had called 2 days before this appt. And had it rescheduled for 10/2. They had no record of that and there was nothing they could do. I was then transferred to the office manager. I left a vm advising of the situation and that I had recorded evidence of the call I made to reschedule that appt. She never had the courtesy to call me back to rectify or even discuss the situation, after two messages were left for her. Conveniently, she was always "in a meeting " when I called. Now, because of this situation, my daughter has been blacklisted from the COPC network. If this is how they treat their long term patients, I hate to see how they treat their new patients. Our daughter has been a patient here for over 10 years and this is the first time this has occurred. To just send a letter like that with no explanation for the reason for the discharge is very disrespectful to the patient. This is very sad because the doctors here are wonderful. It's the office staff and manager, that are lacking.

We are first-time parents to a 5-week old and are new patients at Worthington Pediatrics. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience we’ve had so far with the office between our initial consult, two normal checkups, and two visits for specific issues. It is so easy to get a hold of the office. The practice has a triage nurse on staff (Craig rocks!) who can answer non-emergency questions, which is so helpful for us as first-time parents who are full of questions. When it’s necessary to schedule an appointment, the office has great availability - we’ve had to come in quickly twice so far and were able to get in the same day. The front office team is wonderfully helpful, resourceful, and genuinely cares about your little ones. Dr. Ataman is our pediatrician and she is great! She’s already been such a helpful resource for us as we figure out how to best take care of our baby. She has answered all of our questions and provides great recommendations as needs arise. Our baby is only one month old but we’re confident that he’s in great hands and that Dr. Ataman and the rest of the medical team will continue to be a great partner to us in caring for him! I highly recommend Worthington Pediatrics and their outstanding care team.

I want to give I believe she is a receptionist at this facility, and her name is Season. She went over and beyond for me. I was looking for a pediatrician. I was given their number from another practice, and she wasn’t able to help me, but she asked a coworker and a coworker gave her the information, and she replied the information back to me, and she was very very professional very caring, very sympathetic of my needs, and I want to give her her flowers now. She didn’t have to do that she could’ve just told me no we don’t take your insurance And ended the call but she heard the need in my voice and she went over and beyond so you have hired a very very caring lady at your practice and I want you all to give her her flowers now because she deserves them.
