I liked Dr. McCarthy and enjoyed talking with her. My problem is I called over 5 times to make an appointment. I left messages. I even sent a card as I was concerned after 6 month of no correspondence from the practice. Still 6 weeks later no correspondence. This is a bit unprofessional.
I don’t want to feel it because we’re black but this office neglected to return a call or letter. Was worried something happed to Dr. McCarthy but years later see the practice is still operating they just chose to not care to respond. I thought it was a nice place until they ghosted my daughter and I.
