It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Have been on hold for over 40 minutes. No response. No call back. Rediculous.

I use the drive thru atm when ever I'm in the area. But this keypad is straight nasty. They need to wipe that thing with a Clorox wipe.

My husband and I have an auto loan with Wight Patt. When we lost that car in a fire last week, I had to file a gap claim. Well the Gap insurance requested a large amount of documentation. Some of which I had to get directly front the lien holder. We stopped in at the 3rd St location while running errands in Columbus. Frank helps us out. He was very friendly and patient and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. The technology there is above and beyond most other banks. It was a good experience.

Alec and Carissa, the dream team! Carissa and I worked together on a large three-account inquiry which she miraculously turned into a reality. When we brought in Alec he stepped right up and helped us complete the final steps. Both of them treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and provided clear and concise communication all along the way. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, thank you Alec and Carissa!

I don't know who thought it would be a good idea to have people basically FaceTime tellers but please FIRE that person. I hate that you’re basically at a machine and FaceTiming the tellers. I can’t believe that I just drove 30 minutes to have to be at a machine. On top of that my machine’s buttons weren’t working very well. The personal interaction of a person standing in front of you is so much better than FaceTime banking. Unfortunately all of the locations in Columbus have this feature. Who asked for this? This is dumb.

Pretty Terrible Online Banking Experience compared to my the CU I’ve banked with for 30 years in Toledo.

The “Live Teller Experience” is considerably Annoying as there is only a ~%4 chance you won’t wait for 5-10 minutes.

The Employees Working the Middle Kiosk can’t really do anything helpful (Example- They won’t lookup online banking username/password!).

I gave it 2 stars because I can transfer money to other CUs at the Kiosk. However, this feature is unavailable with their online banking.

Advice- Go to a different Credit Union or PNC.

Omar Shah does not have knowledge on documentation or getting paper work done, we spent 2 days 4hours to get our loan process, He called me this morning and saying that he provided me wrong documents to signature and trying to send correct documents on email again but which was not deliverable and he asked to stop by again, Wright Patt does not have too many location to travel every day to get the work done, besides Omer does not have any technical or bank knowledge regarding application closing fee etc, Highly disappointment by taking loan here.

Bad loan experience. It could be more the appraisal company they've aligned themselves with, but I feel like it reflects on the bank.

Was working on a refinance project or home equity line, got what we felt was a very bad appraisal. Went back and forth with the person who oversees the mortgages about the company they hired. Didn't feel like we got a shot at a fair appraisal. My thoughts were it should have been redone as there were several issues with the appeal process and measurement, but we weren't supported in either.

This would be a one-star review, but everyone we dealt with at the branch was helpful.

Extremely disappointing experience. They force you to do all basic transactions through a video-linked automatic teller. They don't even have $10 bills on site. If you want face to face service in a community banking setting, you won't find it here. I've been a customer for ten years and while the Beavercreek branches are fine, the Columbus area ones are absolute garbage. WPCU used to focus on excellent levels of service, now all they want to do is automate everything so they can expand.

We were super excited to start banking with this Credit Union. I was going switch my business accounts and personal accounts. After reaching back out to our original contact, Hanna Anderson, for the past 4 weeks while leaving a few messages and not getting a call back is very dissapointing. Not sure how else to set up an appointment. I guess they dont want or need any more business?

We went through WPCU for our first mortgage. Rob was awesome and very helpful, we were very ignorant of the process and they made it painless.
