7I was DENIED a car loan from Wright Patt. I have banked there for many years. I have a savings/ checking & credit cards from them along with a 700+ credit score. The funny thing is Day Air Credit Union approved me in a matter of seconds. So I closed all my accounts with Wright Patt and moved over to Day Air where I am treated like a valuable customer.
One person working today people outside in line. WTH. Where are the employees? Hate to say it but it's the westside.

Love wright patt but hated my downtown Dayton location assistance. Worst customer service I have ever received. The lady that I received had the worst attitude and didn’t even assist me accuratly or to her full ability, she just walked away from me after asking me two questions and didn’t even act like she wanted to be of service for me. I’m leaving to go over the road for work and needed a debit card for my wife to keep with her and now I’m not even sure how she’s going to get things for our child or herself while I’m gone. I wouldn’t even rate this location 1 Star.
