The staff is real nice but if you ever have to call the customer support, you better have at least an hour to sit on hold. And DON'T EVER select "we'll call you back" because literally never once have anyone ever called me back. As a financial institute one would assume access to your account might be somewhere on their list of priorities but you would be mistaken. Such a glaring defect in what would rather be a great bank. Banking 4/5 Customer service 1/5.if ya get anyone to talk to you.other wise 0/5 it never happens.

Please make sure you’re workers can properly type out a last name. Went through the drive thru service lane to make a deposit and the worker at the time asked if my account was under a different name because she was having trouble “locating my checking account”. Uhmmm.clearly she had difficulty spelling/typing out REIGELSPERGER when it was literally in front of her via my drivers license. Furthermore she had difficulty double or triple checking the correct spelling (which is what any professional would have done) This immediately prompted unnecessary concern that my account (s) had been somehow compromised. Other than starting off my morning horribly today this location is usually very quick and EFFICIENT! No other complaints:)

The inside line is always rapped around the inside and the tellers just up and walk off and don't come back. There also slow as can be.

Great credit union, never had an issue here. My only complaint is there only being one drive-thru atm. Its an issue because it doesnt matter what day it is what time at night you go, you will be waiting in line and a line will form behined you so during peak hours its crazy busy.

Absolutely terrible service via the phone. It took 30 minutes for anyone to even answer the phone to solve my problem.

Everytime I'm here there's never enough help. I've had 4 loans through them and this is the last I will be refinancing somewhere else.

One of the better locations. Ample parking. The tellers all stand at kiosk type areas so there is no barrier between you and them. It's a more personal approach. Offices are nice for when you meet with a rep to help set up an account or change something. Bathrooms available here as well as a drive thru and ATM. Easy to find and see from the street. Lines can get very long here.

Absolutely awesome things to say about this place. Walked in yesterday to my 1630 appointment to open a new account. By 1710 my account was open, my check caused, debit cards on the way and the whole nine yards.
Lindsey was immensely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly as well as professional.
The whole experience was top notch.

Applied for a home-related loan here recently. There is no way to do so online, even though we were told to do it online, so we had to give them information over the phone. Literally every single piece of information on the loan was somehow incorrect, though it was made clear during the discussion. Phone number was wrong, employment information was wrong. How is that possible?

So then, the appraiser took over a week to schedule the appointment, even though we were told no more than three days, because our phone number was incorrect. The appraisal took a week for us to receive once it was done, and we had to call to get it. There was no follow-up whatsoever by the lending officer handling our case, and she was incredibly hard to get in touch with.

Wright-Patt Credit Union showed that they don't care about their customers in the way they handled our loan application. Despite being approved, we will absolutely not be doing any business here in the future. Just an awful, awful experience.

I went into wpcu to get an auto loan. After signing in, the wait time stated 0-5 minutes. I waited 40 minutes while only 1 representative was actually doing something in his office. I saw 4 others come out of their office and not even acknowledge that there were now 6 people waiting to be seen. Since i no longer had time to wait, we left and now I’m hesitant to go back. HUGE waste of my time and none of the representatives seemed to even care about the customers waiting.

I have never had an issue until today. I simply wanted to pay off my loan and it took 37 minutes. The manager Ashley #5455 was rude. I am waiting on a call back from her supervisor. We shall see if that happens.

Been there for years never had a problem. Recommended them to other people and they got accounts also. So far not a problem for them also, I used to deal with garbage banks. This bank right here is great.

My wife has a car loan through Wright-Patt Credit Union, and I constantly have problems paying on the drive through. A hyphenated last name should not be that big an issue. Additionally, there was an major issue while recently depositing a check into my youngest child's savings account. I had provided my drivers license in addition to my sons name, yet somehow, the employee, managed to put the funds into the wrong savings account. Luckily I noticed the balance was off and after having to explain the issue multiple times, it was finally corrected. Just a very frustrating place to have to deal with, very annoying.

I still use Kemba Credit Union. And luckily, I can use this place to make deposits and withdrawals. We stopped by the other day and used the drive through without any problems!

Thanks bank is so stupid they don't know what they're doing. I had overdraft protection on my account, and what happened, well my account went negative. Also, every once in a while mysterious money might appear in your account, if that happens don't spend it unless you want your account to go negative. Sucky bank, I moved to Bluebird powered by Walmart. You will never get effed using Bluebird.

Why pay fees at a regular bank when a credit union is right here? Low interest credit cards, easy access online, and good staff makes this a pleasure to work with. Sometimes the lines are pretty long though.

Greatest financial institution I've ever used. My car loans, mortgage, savings, IRAs, etc is with Wright Patt. I will continue to use them for everything!
