My hygienist, Audrey was kind, knowledgeable and extremely careful. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist.

Communications to patients could be improved. Patient should be apprised that a trainee will serve them in any capacity before service is rendered. I was confused as to who would be cleaning my teeth today. 2 people in office area outside of hygienist. One person was being trained on how to x-ray teeth and how to make appointments. I was confused and finally wanted to know who would be cleaning my teeth. The hygienist explained that she would be and that you have to licensed. "Too many people in the kitchen. " Patients should be apprised that trainees may participate in their services period. I do understand that training is important and is needed.but please let me know before I get in the dental chair.

All of the staff was very polite. I would highly recommend Wyoming Smiles. I left completely satisfied with services rendered.

Wyoming smiles employees are friendly, and caring. They greet you with a smile and show concerns for your concerns. The staff have a way of making you feel that your the only individual they take care of. They take time to explain procedures and make sure you understand fully. One of the Greatest things I like is they do not want you in any pain during any procedure, so with that being sad they will do what it takes to keep you comfortable. I won't trust any other dentist with my teeth.

This office is a JOKE and highly UNPROFESSIONAL! Dr. Barnes did nothing but engage in crazy banter back and forth with the assistant yesterday when I was getting a cleaning. She used ZERO toothpaste/cleaning paste, flouride and floss. She also did not scrape tartar off of my teeth. It was the weirdest dental visit I've ever experienced. All of my other dental cleanings were done properly while this one was totally improper. After the exam and x-rays, the male assistant calls himself cleaning my partials in the lower level of the office and then he had the nerve to bring them back with his bare hands. Absolutely NOT! He should've had gloves on per office procedure. I don't know where his hands have been. YUCK! I took them home and dropped them in my denture bath with a dissolvable cleaning tablet (I should've put 2 in there). Anyway, I will NEVER return there and I'm utterly turned off! There are also way too much staff congestion for such a small space.

I got in right away. It’s a clean and professional business. Appointment scheduling was easy. I’m all set for next year. Doctor and hygienist were great!

I'm leaving this review for the Smile Center is the first dentist office I've been in that it doesn't feel like a dentist office it's not scary it has a bubbly happy atmosphere throughout the whole building that was wow you feel it the moment you enter the door they have the right name Smile Center

Very nice and caring people. Dr. Heller is gentle. Rhonda is very thorough and knowledgeable.

This place is a 1000/10. I had a tooth emergency the day before thanksgiving and an important trip. The staff got my in so quickly and made me feel at ease about my tooth being broken. Dr. Robin was amazing and all the staff especially the young lady at the back desk who checked me out. I am and was very please and proud to call Wyoming my dental home! I'll be back soon:)

I had a nasty, chin-first, fall the previous week, which called for a complicated repair of a crown in my bridge. Dr. Yochum and Nathan, her assistant, could not have been more professional and empathetic in explaining my options, long term risks, while hearing what I am emotionally ready for at this time. With their obvious knowledge and skill sets, we were able to agree upon a plan for moving forward. I'm both relieved and excited for the next step. It was an excellent consultation.
