It was not the best experience I have had. Have to wait hours in the que. Receptionist is nice and helpful.

There’s always a wait when going to the BMV, but this location is handling the COVID-19 pandemic well and I was pleased with how smoothly they operated.

Standing in line here is a thing of the past now that they have implemented a number system and added seating. THANK YOU for that. My only gripe would be they can be understaffed at times, but overall and especially compared to other county license offices, they are doing a good job overall. Busy parking lot, but plenty of spaces are usually available.

The staff in Xenia is always polite and courteous. It makes it so easy to go in even if there is a long line.

I went here today and was really impressed that for once going to a bmv the staff was actually nice. I felt so comfortable here and I’m relieved since I’m suffering from severe anxiety. I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have a different set of cones in the parking lot where you can practice freely.

Always has a huge line, which you should expect from a government facility. What you might not expect is a competent, friendly, and helpful staff.

Now, obviously, this is the BMV, and there will be a wait generally speaking. But, I will say this. The people who work here are extremely friendly, professional, and understanding. We have been impressed each and every time we've been here at how courteous the staff is. Kudos to the Ohio BMV.

Just went in to change my address and get new tabs. Very friendly, and quick. Those are not two words one typically uses to describe the BMV. I was very impressed.

Went on a Thursday at 9am. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Got re-titled and re-registered. Best experience I've had.

They do TITLES as well as registrations.

Awesome service. Got title, registration, and new license in under 30 minutes. Nice staff. Much better than any BMV I've been to in Columbus or Cinci.

Very frustrating. They don't understand their own regulations when it come to tax exemptions for military personnel. If you are an Army officer don't go here. They don't understand the difference in our contracts and an enlisted contract. They do not understand their own policies and refuse to understand how they make no sense. Very bad taste in my mouth, money out of my wallet, and loss of a benifet that all service members are entitled to.

Before I moved to the area, I dreaded going to the BMV. At the Xenia office, though, I have always been greeted with a smile and gotten quick and kind service, no matter how busy they are. They are not condescending or rude when I ask "dumb" questions, either (new car owner).
