XPO Logistics, Columbus OH

I was supposed to have an elliptical machine from Nordictrack delivered and also professionally assembled by XPO Last Mile. This company was also supposed to remove an old broken elliptical machine. Worst experience ever. Upon arrival they said they did not have a work order to remove the old unit (I paid an extra $100 to Nordictrack for removal). Then, they did the worsy assembly of a product I have every seen. I'm pretty sure my 3rd grade son could do better. Approximately 80% of the screws were loose, some screws put in backwards leading to obviously loose parts. They failed to install 3 plastic trim pieces. Finally, I could have been seriously injured as they failed to install 2 screws that hold the arms on to the machine and covered up their shoddy work with plastic trim pieces! Thank goodness I inspected everything when I came home (I was not present for delivery and installation). Now I have to wait another 1.5 weeks to get parts sent from Nordictrack that were taken by the XPO Last Mile crew when they left my house. Not a good look when I find random screws sitting next to my machine. Also, they refuse to contact me to setup another visit to remove my old elliptical machine. Avoid this company at all costs!
