The most high energy workout you will ever experience. Tremendous camaraderie between the participants with a creative entertaining leader. The workouts are geared toward family and everyone would enjoy it. Highly recommend!

Had a Birthday party here with about 15 kids 6-10 years old. So Glad we choose XT! Kids had a blast and our Host was very kind and showed the kids how to do every obstacle safely. Will definitely be back.

Very great parkour/ninja gym when they see you struggling they guide you on your form and what you can do to do it better. They are very friendly and very welcoming even offered snacks and chocolate milk. Great people in general.
