8Beautiful store and helpful employees! Loved the grid paper to plan out your space. It was helpful for us to tryout the table and chairs before we purchased. We had been shopping for a large umbrella at other online stores, but we liked the quality and size of the umbrella in the store, so unexpectedly added the YardBird umbrella to our order.
Love that there is a store i could go to and test the furniture. Staff was so helpful and the items were delivered within 8 days of purchase! Love what we got it feels like great quality.

I purchased the Winnie dining set for 8, the couch and arm chair set and throw pillows. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The products are top quality and delivery was white glove and timely for our July 4th festivities. I would recommend Yardbird. Check them out!
The design/sales associates were so helpful with our patio furniture purchase. There was no pressure and the associates were very knowledgable. They allowed us to map everything out, which made us feel confident with how it would fit on our deck. We were quoted delivery in about 3-4 weeks, but to our surprise, we received everything in one week! I would highly recommend Yardbird (Cincinnati).
They were so friendly and nice here, we spent about an hour talking and going over all the options, they even gave us samples to take home to review. When we ordered I forgot to add the sofa covers and they were great at adding them on when I asked them too.

Staff were nice and seemed to value being open and honest over making a sale. Furniture company is environmentally conscious, with their wicker made from recycled sea plastic. We decided to buy a set of furniture from them and couldn't be happier.
