I arrived to Yark Auto Group with a pre- approval from my lender for the purchase of a Chrysler Pacifica. Salesman Shane was very pleasant and welcoming and I was immediately comfortable working with him.
After completing some initial purchasing documents with Shane, he turned me over to the finance manager, Anthony. Anthony was through and detailed in his presentation with the financing process. I spent a total of about 2 and a 1/2 hours for the entire process and was pleased to drive off with my new (to me) 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I definitely recommend making the drive to Yark. My husband and I drove from the Detroit area to Toledo and it was well worth the drive. I will be using them again in 10 months when my other vehicle lease is ending. Great job guys!

Went there on 8-25-2018 with our " trashed" Acadia Denali. Didn't expect much and at the least a turn down or possibly another high payment. Neither happened. Tyler got us into a 2017 Equinox with lower payments then what we was paying, a good warranty and no wishy washy sales tactic. We got a trade in value better then i thought we would for our Acadia. This is now the 2nd vehicle purchased from there. My fiance got his Jeep from there and even with a low credit score, they got him financed extremely reasonable.

First off i"m only giving a one star review because 0 stars is not an option. Horrible customer service. Terrible service dept. Just an FYI for anyone considering buying a Dodge with a Cummins diesel, don"t put a bulk fuel tank in the bed because apparently doing so voids your powertrain warranty. Will never consider Yark for parts or service for anything in our fleet ever again.

Worst service i have ever experienced. They have had my vehicle for over 6 weeks with no set time or date on when my vehicle would be done. Poor customer service and their customer service representatives do not return calls promptly. Would not recommend taking any vehicle there!

My wife and I worked with Shane synder. It was great experience he made things extremely easy for us. He was very up front and honest about everything and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle's and purchasing procedures. I would recommend Shane to whom ever is looking for a great salesman to work with. He also made the financing (paper work fast and easy). Over all yark automotive was pleasure to work with. Dropped my Ram 3500 at 8 am
They told it will take 3-4 hours for transmission flush and Differential flush called at 1 pm they said they are working on it, called at 4 pm they said wont get it done today, i have to wait till tomorrow, they didnt even update me or call me, what a waste of time and money, and i bought this truck from them, if you keep doing what you doing you wont have return customers

And that is considered a small job? How long big jobs takes? A year?
