Just to give fellow Toledoans an idea of how much this dealer is stealing from you, I recently was looking to sell my car outright. Not a trade in. This dealer offered me $5000 less than a dealer in Ann Arbor, MI. I called this dealer back thinking maybe they wrote down something incorrectly i.e. Year, mileage, etc. Nope. That was their quote. $5000 LESS THAN A DEALER 45 MINUTES AWAY. My wife followed me up to Ann Arbor, they look my car over, had me sign paperwork and gave me a check on the spot. DONT GET RIPPED OFF TOLEDO RESIDENTS!

Shiretta Grier isn’t pleasant to deal with. I’ve sold multiple cars to them, simply asked for a copy of my receipt and they cannot locate. Send rude emails and ignore me.

Brian is a good person to talk to there was a old man that worked 12/14 a little after 1pm he was rude and dosent need to work for people like you there to give bad remarks i watch how he acted it was not good hes a bad appraiser let me know if brian ever going to be there hes awsome

A miss Shiretta Grier has been sending me a message every other day for the last 2 weeks after I explained to her I do not appreciate her harassing me. I own 3 high value vehicles, At this point in time due to this specific individual I will never being my business to this specific dealership.
