Yellow Springs Brewery reviews
18 My wife and I stopped in at noon, we got nice seats at the bar, and it was a wonderful experience.
Lovely tap room and patio. The staff is amazing.thank you for taking care of us. Highlght for me was Wobbly Wheel on tap, with a growler to take home.
The atmosphere here is awesome. Beer is great. Take a trip to the bathrooms to see the production area.
Nothing better than a cold beer after a bike ride. The outdoor bike parking and patio in the back make a great hangout spot.
Very friendly atmosphere. Beers were good. You can sit right on the bike path which is fun if you like to people watch.
This is a must visit place for people who would appreciate a good beer after a hike. You may not like every flavor but they will have a perfect flavor based on your preference. I tried 'captain stardust' beer. So smooth that I chugged it in 4 secs. I felt the prices were incredibly reasonable. Awesome spot to visit in yellow springs.
A bit of a complain about their service and logistics this time.
We love to visit this brewery every time we come to Yellowsprings but this visit I had a few complains a) lack of ample shade to sit outside in summers b) service! When I asked for a sample of a beer that I didn't like the bartender suggested me a beer and without asking she poured it for me and asked me if I wanted to open a tab, I mean I don't mind paying for samples but don't pour me a drink without asking! Negative marks for that, apart from that the brewery has decent selection, good restrooms. May be come on weekends to get better service? Also if you want dog owners to sit outside please provide ample shade and some dog bowls! Else it's kinda moot to call yourself a dog friendly brewery.
Great variety of craft beers which includes "manly mango" and many other unique flavors. Great place to stop and get refreshed on the way home from the Forest Dispensary in Springfield. Right on the path.
With careful attention, this place welcomes you with hospitality and offers a pristine environment for enjoyment.
Do not miss out.
Truly a phenomenal brewery. A bit off the beaten path but well worth it, as once you enter in you'll find yourself greeted by friendly staff with an array of delicious beers to choose from! Personally I greatly enjoyed the 82 Cent stout, but the Raspberry Springer deserves an honorable mention. With a decent amount of indoor seating and an equal amount of outdoor seating it's a great place to stop by rain or shine. I highly recommend, and can't wait to stop in again!
Always a great time. Even better when the patio is open. Rotating artist showcase and typically a food truck onsite to grab dinner. You can always order in from Bentinos if you need to.
Good beer, good food truck, not enough places to sit and enjoy! All in all it's a nice place to go to. Not sure it's a place to visit many times. Again, needs more food and seats.
My favorite beer! Delicious selection on tap, a hip, bunker for a setup, and cool artwork on the walls. Outdoor patio completes the scene. Highly recommended.
One of our stops while in Yellow Springs. Beers were very good. Although I was hoping they had some spirit options for us gluten-conscious but wasn’t a huge deal. They did have a few canned non-beer selections, which was nice.
We enjoyed the Boat Show IPA. The friendly staff says it's very popular. If you are unsure of what to drink you may request a small sample without a hassle. The tasting room is small but not cramped. Outdoor seating is also available on the bike path side.
O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G! Just like always!
Thanks to Lisa and Joclyn (I hope that's spelled properly) for the great service, for sharing their beer knowledge and the occasional bit of conversation to make me feel welcome. The folks here have a good COVID system in place and their people execute it very well. They went to a 7-day operation this week. I hope it pays off for them. For the consumer/fan, that's 2 more days a week to be able to visit one of our favorite places. Thanks, Y. S. B!
This was our first time out at a bar since March and I was so pleased at all the precautions they took-everyone wearing masks and touchless menus. Hard to social distance at a bar with customers but they did a great job. Their Fest beer was amazing too!
People bashing this place need a double take.
Beer A+
Service A+
Food what food? Food trucks. C
It's a small space and they do their best for the times we're living in. It's awesome but cramped even in good times let alone pandemic times.
This place has local vibe running in it's veins (fermenters)
