Yeshwant Patlolla Reddy, MD, Columbus OH

Staff is outstanding and Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable and understanding he and his pa have done everything in there power to help me. Every time I go to the office I am treated with the up most respect. All of my physicians are Ohiohealth doctors and I couldn't ask for a better coordination of Care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Note:
I visited the pain Dr and going to be receiving pt and water therapy as I requested from him because I mentioned that I can't do injections and he said that's all he can do for me.
He was very disrespectful to me mentioning the first thing coming in the door he don't percribe pain meds, ok I didn't ask him for anything, he proceeded to say it 3 times like i wasn't understanding him. I was very respectful and let him know I'm not there for pills that I would like other options and I mentioned the pt. I even thanked him for being respectfull, as I thought we was good when I left the office today, then he sends over my patients aftercare notes stating' He hasn't seen me in 18 month's and I was EXPECTING Opioids (in black and white) not once but 3 times in my chart online.

Needless to say im done with that office. And taking acrion for deffamation of character.

Love seeing Jennifer Wean, she is amazing, and very respectful. It's hard to get a call back to schedule an appointment is the only downfall. But other than that I have had no issues. Dr. Reddy has been great as well.

Terrible front staff. Very rude and dismissive. Arrived 5 minutes early for appointment they refused to see me then rescheduled since I was missing 1 of the forms all others were done. They had already canceled 1st visit due to scheduling issues. Scheduling aside why so rude? How hard is it to be nice? I was very nice, kind even after being treated badly.

Excellent service, wonderful and outstanding staff. Incredible doctor and they help you with your pain! 10/10 recommend:)
