Yorkshire Woods Apartments and Townhomes, Cuyahoga Falls OH

We lived here for over three years and loved our time here! They keep up the grounds very well and are always updating which is great! The management is very responsive. Whenever we had an issue, it was always fixed faster than I would have expected. Our fridge stopped working one day and we had a new one the next day. Our dishwasher broke and we had a new one the next day too. The maintenance crew are all very helpful and friendly too. Great pool and exercise room! They just put in a pickle ball court which has been fun. I would definitely live here again if we hadn't outgrown our apartment. Thanks for all the good memories!

I've been a tenant in my loft apartment there for 6 years and only moved out because I was relocating for work. Leasing office is super helpful! Nice pool and gym. It's close to Route 8, shopping, restaurants, etc. Definitely pay extra for a view of the woods! Lots of deer and it's super relaxing to sit on the patio.

Not worth the money. $1400+ for a tiny outdated apartment? NO THANKS! I could tell the apartments were cheaply made the second I walked in one. The doors were plastic and hollow. Carpet was likely the cheapest they could find and the appliances were older than I am. Also the gym was the size of a broom closet. When I toured the place a currently resident told horror stories of repairs taking weeks due to the office and maintenance being bogged down with constant repairs to the units. They also mentioned a full on leak that flooded out a neighboring apartment due to the places being cheaply built. You can find far better options in the area for the same or a couple bucks more, trust me. And now my post was replied to and called fake. How about Yorkshire management put more time into upkeep and ditch calling people's reviews of their facilities fake. Shows some slight insecurities if you ask me. Further proving my point about this place! Stay far far way!

Went with a friend to take a tour of the place as we are new to the area and relocated due to work. Wow. I cannot believe that the management of Yorkshire has the audacity to charge over $1300 per month for the pitiful excuse of an apartments they are offering. It's nothing short of a scam to lure people in with the promise of "award-winning" living, only to be greeted with a complete disappointment.

First and foremost, the size of the apartment is laughable (smaller than my NY apartment!). You'd think that for nearly $1400 price tag, you'd get something at least moderately spacious with updated appliances. However, I've seen closets bigger than the bedrooms here! The living room is so cramped that you can't even fit a regular-sized couch without it obstructing the walkway. It's like living in a shoebox. Appliances were from the 90's probably and the carpet was hideous and cheap.

The amenities they boast about are nothing to write home about either. The so-called "gym" is filled with outdated equipment that probably hasn't been maintained since the building was constructed and the size of a tool shed. The pool smells more like a public restroom than a place to relax. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this money-grabbing trap. There are plenty of other places in the Stow/Cuyahoga Falls area with better apartments at much more reasonable prices. We regret even entertaining the thought of moving in here, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others not to make the same mistake.

In conclusion, for $1300+ per month, you'd expect a comfortable, well-maintained, and spacious apartment. Sadly, Yorkshire fails miserably in delivering any of these basic expectations. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a place to call home.

I had lived here for two years love everything from here. Unfortunately, I have to move recently due to job relocation. The property manager and staffs are very friendly and helpful. I have a great time in here. Thank you for the hard work to keep the property nice and clean!

I’ve only been here a few months, and am over the moon since day one.

Both Ben and Sandie have been instrumental in my making my move go smoothly.

On my first visit here (after having already checked a half of a dozen other places) I met Ben whom was the most friendly and welcoming manager to date. He showed me about a half a dozen units with no signs of irritation.

Sandie was quite eager to help me the second time I visited, despite Ben not being in the office at the time. Sandie was also a dream come true for me making me feel welcome and picked up where Ben left off from last visit.

Smoothest move I have encountered (Retired Military, so there were a few).

One of the things I am really grateful for is the timely and effective maintenance crew. While moving in, I happen to catch a potential fire hazard. Having not reported it yet, I was quite pleased to find the crew changing out my concern the next day.

I would undoubtedly recommend this complex to any responsible adults. Any potential occupants looking for long and loud parties, please try looking around Kent State or Akron U; I personally would like to keep my quiet atmosphere. The swimming pool and tennis courts are far enough away from me.

As things stand, you would have to drag me out of here to get rid of me.

Absolutely loved living here. Great community and facilities. Definitely worth the price you pay. Ben and Sandie in the office are an absolute pleasure.

I loved living there it was a very quite place had wonderful neighbors. The staff was wonderful very polite and friendly easy to talk too. The maintenance men were great they came and fixed things in a timely manner and very friendly and polite to me I recommend Yorkshire Woods to anyone thank you to everyone.

I called Yorkshire Woods home for 3 years, until I recently relocated out of the area. Great management team lead by Ben. Any maintenance is handled efficiently. The property is well maintained.and it is quiet, good neighbors and very peaceful with the Deer keeping us all company. I have used all the facilities, including the new Pickleball courts, workout room, pool and laundry. Highly recommended property.

I lived at Yorkshire Woods during my three years in law school and it could not have been a better place to stay. Terrific management and a wonderful place to call home.
