Yorktown Village Apartments & Townhomes, Oregon OH

I absolutely love it here. Management is extremely helpful and they are doing a great job cleaning up the place from the old owners. Staff does a wonderful job responding to emails if you have any questions or lroblems. I highly suggest Yorktown!

My son lived there until they raised the rent almost $400 a month. The heater half worked luckily it was late winter. The a/c never worked. There are plenty of vacant apartments recently because the tenants couldn't afford them. Sorry just being honest.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I lived there for almost 5 years and people I know still currently live there. They continue to raise rent to ungodly amounts, but won’t fix the problems with the buildings. The whole winter they let roads and side walks continue to stay snow and ice filled. They don’t actually replace anything, just do cheap fixes to hold you by because they are CHEAP owners. Why are you charging people 800 plus dollars to live somewhere that barely even has hot water for more than 2 minutes, I truly don’t understand. I understand raising rent because of inflation, but when you do it twice in 1 year by hundreds of dollars add on parking tag fees when you legit are PARKING ON A STREET you’re ridiculous.

Was nice when we moved in 3 years ago. Rent was reasonable for a 2 bedroom townhouse. New management took over last year and raised my rent $125 with no updates done in our home. The driveway area is filled with potholes and is destroying my car. Just found out the other day new management took over again and is raising our rent another $120 after our lease is up with still no updates done and with potholes where I park.

This place is over priced and in a state of gross disrepair. It is owned by a small group of greedy individuals. AKA, what they call the Onwer's Association. They blame management of which they are in control of as well as the City for all of the issues one has with them. All the while nothing is done or if it is it is of the worst quality, and that is only after relentlessly demanding that they stand up to their end of the lease agreement. Pool has not been open in two years. Laundry room is absolutely disgusting. Dumpsters are literally and consistently overflowing daily. Grass and shrubs are not well kept. Snow removal is a joke as well. It is private property so the city will not plow the streets and the Owners Association won't either. Appliances and counter tops are literally from the 1970's. I promise this is no exaggeration. Keep looking elsewhere! Yorktown Village is nothing more then high priced public housing!

I planned on moving for months now and looked everywhere in the area with limited availability.as I was searching, I left numerous messages and letters within the office here. I was nevereven once- in a matter of 4 months, able to speak to anyone from the leasing office. I even dropped off my inquiries and still.nothing! Makes me wonder what is happening to residents if they should run into an issue.clearly they are poorly ran and it's clear the owner doesn't mind.

If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. We lived there for a year and a half. The entire time our apartment smelled musty and moldy. We asked for it to be looked into and we got the run around for months. It ruined some of our stuff because we couldn’t get the smell out.

We had a really bad bug problem that we had to keep laying traps and spraying for. Management was never responsive, they raised rent way too high, and the appliances are old and run down.

Save your money, go somewhere else.
