10Rude! I paid my water bill over the phone and they still came out and shut my water off! I called tried to give her a confirmation number and got hung up on.
Robbery under fraud of service. What if everyone stopped paying then they would have to change their tactics. A new scam on the people. Really!
Bill is almost 300$ and I haven't been in the residents for a month and no one is using the water
They installed a digital water reader directly below the water spout. Now we cant use our water outside. But don’t worry the guy can read the data from the car.
Poor water quality, horrible billing and customer service. The cost is ridiculous for the quality of water we have. I hope one day we can have water/sewer provided by another carrier.
$98 a month on water bill washing dishes 2x a day and 1 bath installed new meter now $111 go figure
~$65 a month not to use my water or sanitation seems like a rip-off. But, when I'm not living in some terribly run down area, the woods, on the river, or an active warzone. I call Youngstown home. So all that considered, it's not that bad. 4 Stars because I never had to walk to the river with a bucket or talk to a human being concerning the miracle that is clean water coming in and dirty water going out of my house. A bargain at twice the price really.
I was Charge $ 4,400 for one month in Feb. 2014 for water during cold weather an sewage man came out to look inside my home an outside curbside an he not seeing how they could charge me that much.my bill was always $70-$80 a month so I called two Plumbers an they both said they not finding anything that would charge that much an that I would have to be a big Hotel to receive that much, I went to Mayor office an nothing was done This pains me
Love the water, nice employees but I no longer walk in I handle all my utility bills online it's faster
Worst rating worst customer service I ever got they were rude not helpful and not interested in others needs it was a few years back so maybe better but doubtful some employees were just plain mean and again bureaucratic with no real feelings at the time I will never want to personally deal with them again
