Your Pizza Shop, Canton OH

You've got to be kidding me! My mother ordered chicken and came to collect it and was told the driver took it. This is the second time he's made this claim. What really happened is the white man making it was running behind because he's not good at his job and can't get orders out on time. So instead of apologizing he chose to lie and then proceeded to call my mother a b**-. INCREDIBLY unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Calling older women out of their name because you made a mistake is ridiculous, but what can you expect when "tough guys" are running a kitchen. I'd love to see him treat a man this way.

I used to swear by this place, referring to the one on the corner of Cleveland Ave.and 12th St.in Canton always good
food. Somewhere they fell off cuz I always have a problem with the food not being done all the way and I'm always having to go back because they forgot something. Like tonight the food wasn't done and we called and we got cussed at and treated horribly. This will be the last time we get food from there. Such a shame because they were always my go to for take out. The manager needs to Gera handle on their employees and teach them how to respect the customers.

Ordered 2 Italian subs.found a long blondish hair when I took my first bite and management gave every excuse to say it never came from them.just gross.will NEVER order from here again

Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I’m gonna say frozen premade dough that tastes like raw flour two pizzas exactly shaped lol asked for it crispy. Ok a little color on the top. Bottom white as snow toppings not great Throw away the dollar store pizza cutter and spend a few bucks. 34$. Won’t finish Goes to the garbage men tomorrow. If you’ve ever tasted a real hot fresh pie. Then stay away from this place.terrible Just terrible

Worst customer service ever - leaves phone's off the hook so they won't have to take order's & to also force customer's to pay extra online, rarely does/completes anything in order or with logic, will watch you at the drive thru for several minutes before anyone says a word to you & will also hold up the entire line (for several minutes) to finish a convo with someone who's already has their meal!

They tell you 30 mins, you get there in 15 and the pizza is not even warm dry, not enough sauce and no flavor.

Ordered pizza and chicken from Your Pizza in spite of the recent negative reviews, and it was great, just like I remember from my childhood when my grandparents would in my childhood. The food tasted great, the price was reasonable, and it was ready on time. Don't believe the online haters, Your Pizza provides great food at a reasonable price, and we will be eating here regularly!

Decided to ADD chicken and Jojo's to my Pizza Feast.an excellent move. The chicken breast was a meal in itself! I was VERY impressed with the taste and quality; all was hot and fresh! Pizza was good. Their toppings are #1 ️!

Wow Dave needs to get a hold of his employee emotions customer service is terrible and the pizza is either raw or over cooked the Massillon store is great but canton sums I can see why it's closed for months on end

Ordered during Super Bowl Sunday and it was fantastic. Ordered today the pizza was dry and cold. I was told they'd send out a new order if I returned the old order. I have children over so they ate the food because they were hungry and the delivery was over an hour and a half to begin with. They could have offered a percentage off next time or half money back. I'll stick to Zavarellis.

Why did the chicken cross the road? So I could have a good tasting dinner with my pizza and soda!

My fiance' asked me to order her wings and jojo's, and whatever I wanted from Your Pizza and she would pick it up on her wy ay home. She went by, picked up food, and came home. They forgotten give her small pizza that I ordered. They proceeded to blame her because she didn't know what the order was instead of accepting blame that their employee didn't check the order before handing it to her. I called and asked if it could be delivered since it was their fault in the first place it got left behind, manager told me if I wanted pizza we'd have to come back and get it. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THIS! Their employee made a simple mistake, they were leaving with deliveries so what's one more. Manager slammed the phone in my ear. Last I'll buy there

We were so looking forword to a nice take out pizza.
We are so sad. It was all Wrong. NO TOPPING but cheese. They said they would fix it but took 4 hours to fix. When we called back they said they tryed to call us 3 times they said our phone was disconected and couldn't deliver it. They called in the first place when they delivered the wrong pizza. They said they would try again. We even said we would give them the wrong pizza just so they could see it was wrong. Just upset we paid so much $$$ for all the extra toppings and didnt even get a sorry. Finnally they called us back 4 hours later after 11 pm at night said we are about there what is your address again? What? Just crazy. Ice cold.will never order from here again.totallly advise anyone to find another shop.theres better shops who will cherish your money better.this was trash, just horrible.

The only problem I had was pre order for a set arrived and had to wait another 30minutes for the food to be done. Food quality was good for the price.

My boyfriend had placed an order and I was picking up on my way home. We didn't get the whole order. When we called, the manager yelled at us and said that I should have noticed that my whole order wasn't there. I didn't know what my boyfriend ordered. All we asked was that they deliver the rest of our order since it was their fault that we didn't get it. She said we're not doing that and hung up. I went back to across town to pick it up and was going to explain why I didn't know that I didn't have everything. She handed the order out to me and didn't just shut the window, but slammed it shut. We won't be going back.

The pizza and wings are delicious if you can get through to order. I spent 15 minutes on hold today. Somehow it got unmuted and I was able to listen to the store for the last 10 minutes or so.if you want pizza tonight, go somewhere else. They clearly don't want your business.

I want to say the food tastes great.but the service is trash they want tipped but don't seem like they really want tipped very rude employees

Have ordered 3 times now and each time I have got something different from what I ordered and didn’t get the right amount of jojos the last time they forgot half the order. We will never ever order food from this place again.
