Your Pizza Shop, Alliance OH

Ordered a Italian sub, Stromboli and 12 jojo's said pick up in 45 minutes. We arrive and they said they were out of ham so they didnt make the Stromboli and the sub was missing ham. Well the sub was basically a salami sandwich, didn't even have the pepperoni on it. They said they tried to call me but I had no calls. They didn't even offer a discount! Used to be my favorite place for carry out, but have gave numerous chances and they never get it right! Very disappointing and will not be a returning customer anymore!

Excellent chicken and JoJo's! They have the best coleslaw in town. The employees are always so nice to us when we call in our order and when we pick it up. I had a nice chat with the owner a few nights ago when I picked up my order. Some of the small businesses are still struggling! The food and staff are awesome, so if you're wanting some pizza or chicken, give them a try!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We have given them multpile chances. The past 4 times in 2 months we have ordered from them, they have forgotten something or got our order completely wrong. Today I finally had enough and called to actually complain about it. They apologized and said that they could take $10 off of our order. I asked to speak to a manager and he proceeded to tell me he was the owner. This place will no longer get business from me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

It's obviously a new business. I'm a doordasher so I didn't actually eat their food but I can tell you it smelled great. The attentiveness of the staff to the customers and their orders was above and beyond other pizza places in the area. (there were people cooking the food and there was at least one person at all times interacting with the customers waiting.) As stated earlier they are obviously a new business and have to grow a bit but I was impressed actually.

You have a new manager. Josh. He made big Jon one fantastic pizza I want to thank him and your staff. Great pie and a great price. Excellent service and excellent product. Hats off to your shop, Josh and your crew. Thanks for the best pizza I ever had. And I'm 70. So that's a huge thank you.

They always mess up on my order of JoJo's. I always get the 8 pieces of chicken which comes with JoJo's, and order an extra 12. Mine you I pay for it before they cook it. Either they don't give me my 12, or they don't give me the one's that come with the chicken.

We are done with this place, got chicken and jojos last week and the jojos were maybe 3 inches long and the chicken was so over cooked that there was no meat left to eat. We have continued to keep giving chances after chances but we have had enough. We were spending lots of money weekly and will not continue this craziness. Gonna give our money elsewhere.

My food was hot and fresh as always. The owner (Dan) is so amazing! He always goes above and beyond for his customers and I appreciate that. Quick service and clean environment! I'll be returning Thanks again Dan and your pizza crew! Always a pleasure.

Well I ordered a 3 topping pizza that came with nothing on it but cheese.it was also a pizza that had been sitting for a while not realizing at the time of pick (really gotta start checking my orders) Called the shop about my issue I was instructed to bring in my pizza so they could “throw the toppings on and run it through the oven” 1st and last time I’ll be going. Not driving back into town for it sorry first impressions can be tough sometimes.

Cool lil pizza shop in my area. Great pizza and better wings! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend the traditional wings in garlic parmesan, BOMB.

That girl Geneva got my food together better than any other employee ever had! Definitely referring all my friends!

These guys are the real mvps. We live a little out of the way and they deliver to us every time. They go above and beyond!

I ordered my food at 8: 40 told it would be delivered at 10: 00pm. Food didn’t arrive until 10: 30 and my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. I will never buy from this place ever again

They are very unprofessional they lied said they came never did the delivery driver claimed he called and came never did then the manager said she didn't have time for games the only one playing games is them I will never order again in life I highly recommend you get KFC instead I hope their business closes down I'm a sick and dying heart patient I don't got time for this

Best pie in town and the chicken is downright amazing id give 100 stars if I could we don't get pizza or wings anywhere else
