Between the public library across the street being a hangout for street criminals usually coming from the Folkers Management HUD apartments above the 'Y' overran with bedbugs and the same bunch loitering at the library it's not a place I want any young women I care about hanging out.

Supposed to help you escape abusive situations but if you get the wrong I. C, you’ll just get a sugar coated, gaslit, path right back to the same situation you’re escaping. Most of the employees with power to get you housing care more about stats and micro-managing you than they do helping you seek safety. However, the women that work the front are amazing.
