Very unprofessional had a deal on a car an was told a time to come in then get there an the car gone said he was sorry an told me pick a car out of a few different ones an they looked like he just picked them up from Miliron wouldn't start or had flats also me knowing the guy I was talking to was the owner he was standing in my face saying I called the boss an he wouldn't take this deal or that deal he is a prime example of why used car salesmans get a bad reputation!

He is a dirt bag. Who makes a deal and then when you go to get the car you made the deal on and he sold it out from under you!? ! He takes more pride in his looks than his business! Then he had the nerve to tell us to pick a car off the lot we wanted but our options were all his junk! He was literally trying to pawn his junk off on us! I wouldn’t have bought nothing off that lot when he already lied to us! He showed he was slimey from the beginning and I believe ppl when they let me know who they really are! All the cars had flats or check engine light or different colors just all junk! Trash just like the owner! But I got a great car and good deal at Hall’s Wld highly recommend them!

Do Not Buy Here. This guy has no decency! Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy somewhere else. This is the worst company I have ever seen. They should not be in business! Buyer beware!

Husband and I went to take a look at a van a few years ago. This older man said the van has a/c. Husband opened the hood, no condenser for a/c. That old man is a liar.

I am so disappointed in this place.they definitely take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know much about cars.i understand it’s a buy as is place but you would expect to have a car over two weeks before it breaks.
Once going to a mechanic they said the tires were dry rotted; they told me they were brand new. They reset the engine light when you buy there so a person that doesn’t know anything about cars will think it’s fine.
I am so disappointed, they acted so nice, but that’s what it was, an act. I payed about 3x what they did for the car and they still didn’t have the decency to fill the tank up when purchased. I should have known better when they were giving me the car on E.i definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.it’s my fault for being uneducated however i thought they were better than scamming a girl trying to get on her feet

Well he is the snake ya all say I gave him another shot yesterday and he hid my truck that he lied and said he sent to the bank then he lied said it was getting a strut on lol yeah right so I asked him what the address was he said he didn't know.omg then he put my car I was returning as they fixed it with zip ties ya yep oh I have photos his mechanic put my sway bar parts on backwards so it ruined my tires and finally broke off. Do to the frame was rusted through. All the vehicles that were up there are junk, rusted and never start. He doesn't even put $1,000 twords your loan. He takes it. Yeah I really thought he was going to do something nice today but he must live to mess up people's days. Your a horrible horrible man to do these things to people one after another. Well they gave me my money to go get another vehicle. So I'm getting my truck. Beware ya all.

Dirty dogs, had van ready and running, , because the battery is dead, LIKE their conscience. What if I had gotten stranded from this deceit? Dirty dogs with a smile. I'm driving around with the word CROOKS with an arrow pointed to their logo everywhere I go.

Bought a 2005 buick Rendezvous from Zac’s Before buying, One of the workers told me he checked Engine & Oil before Every purchase & said everything was good. 2 Weeks later I was told I needed a new Motor Cause it was soon gonna blow When I called Zac’s to See what could be done about it since I just spent $4000 on it they tried to blame me for the problem & Told me There was nothing they could do.

So thankful for the reviews. I was seriously getting ready to stop in. Not looking good for these folks.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon arriving we were greeted very nicely, seemed like nice people. Test drove a car and left to test drive one somewhere else. Decided that we wanted the one from here. It had the check engine light on so we called back and asked them to check what that was and they had said that it was a misfire from it being cold outside. The check engine light came back on the next day. Now 3 months later I have it at my mechanic and he put the code reader on and said that there are so many codes coming up that he does not even know where he would start. These people will lie to your face and smile while they do. I hope that they feel terrible selling me a junk car especially when I told them I would have my two young children in the car.

They seem to lie a lot! Got a car 3 weeks ago today what they told would be a simple fix was not. I need a whole new transmission in my car. Not very happy about this. They don't care if your car falls apart with your kids in it. All they do is hype up a car to get you to give them money!

BUYER BEWARE.
Since October, new front brakes, rotors, calipers, a motor mount, oil change, tune-up, all new rear brakes, rear calipers, gas gauge and a lot of other lights and features don't work. A lot more is going to need fixed ASAP.
Now, it's the windows!
My temporary tags expired before receiving the title so I had to drive to the BMV illegal

This man doesn't care one bit what you need or the quality or condition of the vehicles he's selling.
We checked out the entire lot today and, I kid you not, probably 40% had broken/cracked windshields, and EVERY car we started had the Check Engine light on.
One car had just about every dash warning light lit up and more than one vehicle had a flat tire.
His response was that he's sure the Engine Lights were no big deal or they would have fixed it and a new windshield only costs $200. My last windshield cost quite a bit more than $200 and who wants to purchase any car that needs a repair straight off the lot?
After looking at various used car lots today, in my opinion, Zac's had the very worst inventory in regard to quality.

Went to go buy a vehicle from these people and they told me I had to go to some financial company and when I got there they try to add another three thousand on top of my loan for other things that I did not need
