Zappy's Auto Washes, Mentor OH

Soap brush literally has no soap out of the 5 different stalls I have used. Can hardly smell or see the high pressure soap and same with the wax. I've called numerous times to recieve the same reply, "oh you're the first one to call about this issue " do not use the Euclid location unless you want to scratch your car on top of being ripped off with. 50 cents worth of product and being charged 6.00 when you use your credit card.

Went through the wash and when the blower hit my hood it warped and didn’t pop back into place. Immediately reported it to Nick the manager and he said I had to do an incident report online. I did that and received a generic response days later from their attorney saying they have not reviewed the video but since no other cars were damaged that day they take no responsibility. I then asked for a copy of the video and have not receive any response and it’s been 10 days. Meanwhile im driving a beautiful wrangler with a dented hood

Why would you go anywhere else.experience it once and you will never waste your money on higher priced, low soap washes.

It's your average car wash. They run the line too fast to get your car dry at the end. Great service at 7: 30 in the morning!

Yesterday I went to wash my car, but when I left I realized that part of my car fell, I told an employee and he told me that they would notify me since they had customers, he asked me for my name and number. So far they haven’t communicated with me, so I decided to go to the place, but they tell me that “the piece is not there. ”

Just returned from a road trip and decided to go through the Mentor avenue location for a general cleaning and bug removal as you can imagine after 1900 miles I was splattered with bugs. I looked at the menu the $9 car wash had a bug removal I even asked the kid running the car wash Will it really remove all of my bugs he stated yes of course it will. So I paid my $9 and as you can imagine the reason for my one star review is that none of the bugs were removed.

So I drove around to the kid again and explain the issue and asked him could he either run it through or try to get the bugs off the front of the bumper he said no he's not going to do that and he's not going to run the car through the car wash again. He said my only option was to get a refund. Well guess what I don't want a refund I want the bugs off of my bumper that I paid for. So clearly they don't have the capability to perform the task their advertising.

So I messaged zappy's and telling them I would really like them to remove the bugs the best they could do was shoot me a link to process a refund that could take up to 20 days for my $9. Well guess what you can do with your $9 Stuff it up your backside.

There were three brand new car washes going within a 2 mi radius of this location. Good luck with your business models zapoys

Cancelling my new unlimited monthly membership today due to the guy who said he was manager would not allow me to rewash my car. Unlimited means unlimited, not once a day. He told me to leave and he didn’t care if I cancelled that I could only come once a day. Those are not your contract terms. That’s breach of contract. Good thing Patriot Car wash is down Mentor Avenue and they understand customer service, my car looked better after their car wash as well.

One of the best car washes in the area. Suggest getting the $12 or $15 wash.its worth it. Oh, and don't be cheap.give the guys a tip!

Extremely rude worker in the car wash, had very rude responses and wasn’t nice about anything, kept rolling his eyes.

Got the deluxe wash. Usually pretty good. This time water spots on windows and soap residue on trunk and back bumper. Good wash, poor rinse.

Worst car detail ever. Bugs still on rear window ledge. Forgot to clean trunk, left one floor mat out of the car. Front window streaks on the inside. Had a truck detailed last year, no issues.

Pretty much everytime I'm out in mentor and the weather will be decent I stop by to get my cash washed. Today when I stopped by (between 330 and 4) they had the car washed closed sign out. I know they usually do that when the line is long so I turned around and hung out in the Walgreen parking lot to wait. I see the line get shorter so I'm like okay, the guys upfront still don't move the sign so I leave go to lowes come back and the guy is waving me the keep going even though the line has like 6 cars. I come back and ask when or how long the wait will be so I can maybe leave run another errand with time. The guys say no get out of here in the rudest way. I was so offended and disgusted by the reply that I did indeed 'get out of there' as the attendant so nicely put it and went a mile down the Cardinal Auto Wash and spent my dollars there. A simple answer of how long would have sufficed and I would not have went anywhere else (I literally only come here to get a wash ‍) with the nasty response.
