Scammers they promise one thing and do something completely different. Also, they allow kids on your roof while construction is going on! I have pictures as proof to this claim! Update! I paid out of pocket for the extra work and everything was suppose to be added into the contract. There was no separate estimates! Nothing was suppose to be free and you were not dealing with my insurance y! You were dealing with me a private individual! That is why the check had my name not the insurance! Tell more lies!

Told a bunch of lies to get us to believe we was getting new shutters and get in contract with them they do the work.no shutters and took them almost 2 months to come back and FIX their mistakes on roof! Now suddenly the shutters was never a part of agreement? Noo liars and scammers!

My roof had some missing shingles. Grayson came out assessed it and returned promptly and made the repairs. The whole process was easy. He was friendly and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

We love our new roof! The UHDZ shingles they helped us select greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. Navigating the insurance claim was stress-free and the crew was hard-working and respectful.

Jason was our rep when we had roof damage due to wind and storms. It was at our childcare facility and we had water leaking in due to the damage, making this an urgent project. Jason worked extremely quickly and got patches put on while we waited for the materials to arrive to replace the entire roof. His patches held and we had no more leaking. Once the materials arrived they completed the job in less than a business week. This included not only the shingles but a new skylight and all the ventilation. Jason and his associates also handled every aspect of the insurance claim, taking a lot of the stress off of me. He got my insurance company to cover 100% of the cost of the roof replacement, minus a few ascetic upgrades i wanted to make that were not necessary for the repair. Our building looked 20 years younger when they were completed. If I were to highlight ZCI's, and Jason himself, best attribute, it would be communication. As a small business owner, communicating with vendors can be quite frustrating and it only seems to be getting worse as the years go by. ZCI is not part of this trend. I received constant status updates and accurate expected time frames throughout the process. If I ever had a question it got answered immediately, whether it was email, phone, or text. 10 months later, the roof is still in wonderful condition with no leaks or damage after the winter and spring storms. If you ever find yourself needing a roof repair or replacement, save yourself time, stress, and money and call Jason and the crew at ZCI.

Daniel from ZCI Contracting has a TON of resources that has really helped me as a roofer strengthen and give my sales team the competency that gave them and myself the confidence to deal with insurance companies and understand the claim process better. And whenever we don’t get it, Daniel and his team are there!
