Zeppe's Pizzeria, Geneva OH

Never has the food ready on time so as soon as the door dash person gets there, they leave. 4th time is the last time. Won't order again.

The food was okay, garlic knots weren’t buttered or had enough seasoning. The Zeppe original sandwich was good, and the philly was alright. Reason for low stars is it took 30+ minutes for myself and other people to get their food. Staff said they were “flooded” but only 10 people had ordered anything.

Ordered a veg pizza, the pizza tasted good however it took a little longer to get to our tables but was worth the wait.

The slice of pizza I had this afternoon tasted a bit funky, as if it had been sitting in the heat for a few hours and going bad. Whatever, I let it slide because it was $5 and rather expensive for a slice. I wish I didn't.

About an hour later, I'm swimming at the state park when my stomach starts rattling like it's never rattled before.

I couldn't even hop out of the water in time. I froze in pain. I had an accident and am just shocked and embarrassed. My stomach and holiday was totally destroyed.

Took a long time for the pizza to get there, but it was really good. My husband enjoyed his gluten-free pizza. And I got the chicken bacon ranch. It was very filling and we got several meals out of it.

Ordered a large, somewhat complicated order for my daughter’s birthday party while visiting from out of town with extended family. Ended up missing one item and having a slight mixup with one of our pizzas. The store made it right and furthermore they delivered the missing/corrected items for us so I didn’t have to leave my daughter’s party. Great service! Food was very good. Appreciate the service in getting the issue resolved! Would order from here again.

Ordered a pizza online at 2 ready for 4. Got here at 345. And could not find my order I waited 1 hour to get my order. I will rate the food later.

This pizza was absolutely delicious wish they had one around here. Right amount of toppings thick soft crust it was just amazing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We placed an online order for two pizzas, a salad and two orders of wings. Once we got home we realized that we had none of the dressings and dips for the salad and wings. Both of our pizzas were wrong. After multiple calls back to the restaurant they told us they would drop off the correct pizza in about 20 minutes. We decided to dive into the wings while we waited and ALL THE BONELESS WINGS WERE RAW. Unfortunately two people ate pieces of the raw wings. (See attached picture) When the worker showed up with the new pizza we showed him the RAW chicken wings and his response was just “oh they must have hit the wrong button on the fryer. ”

Please check all your food before eating it from this restaurant.

I hardly give reviews but, this place is fabulous.
My husband and I owned a pizza place 20 years ago.so we are pizza snobs.

What I wish was different. I wish the brushed their crust with garlic butter

Great part.toppings were fresh.no frozen onions or mushrooms.
Sausage was yummy and the best part was lots and lots of cheese. The cheese was good cheese too. Pizza cheese you can buy really cheap but a good pizza place will get the better cheese that's not oily. This had no oil on top.

Food was great, from the pizza to philly cheese steak.would off gave five stars all around, but had to wait almost 2 hour to get food. Kids were not happy.

Pizza was great! But do NOT buy the fried picked unless you are cool with only getting 5 bites in a box for $7

This has to be one of the best Pizza Places in all of Ohio! The Double Down is my favorite one! And it’s not just the pizza that tastes good, the wings, salad, subs, and everything else are all delicious too!

Food was delicious and staff was very generous! Everything was fresh and even the sauce seemed to be homemade
