Zeppe's Pizzeria, Chagrin Falls OH

You can bet this is the best pizza around. The ingredients tasted fresh and the sauce was just zesty enough. Carried out two large pies and it felt like 3. Very good stuff and we will return next trip to CLE.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but this is by far the best pizza in town! My husband and I recently discovered this little gem last month and have since come back 3 times. The meatballs are simply amazing and the pizza is by far the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend checking out this place, the folks here are incredibly friendly and the service is great!

OMG! I was on that side of town yesterday and stopped in for a quick bite to go and it was really good! Their pizza is like no other around town. Very fresh ingredients. Excellent service too! I typically don't leave reviews, but I popped open my browser and their listing was still there, so why wouldn't I?

Best pizza in Cleveland, by far! Service is excellent and the shop is super clean. Will continue to order from here!

I absolutely LOVE this location. The manager, Joey, took this experience to the next level. He provided such hospitable care and delivered excellent customer service. I really enjoyed the aura of classic rock and the feel-good vibe the store gives off with some of the vintage vinyl covers hanging on the walls. My girlfriend and I absolutely love the spiral crust pizza, which we believe is what makes Zeppe’s unique and one of a kind. I prefer to drive from my home in Mayfield just to go to the Bainbridge location and be taken care of by Joey. Will always be a loyal customer to this Pizzeria!

My experience at Zeppe’s was amazing! From the food to the friendly staff, my experience deserves nothing but 5 stars! Joey took care of me and my boyfriend and was super nice and really seemed to care to be there! I will definitely be coming back!

Walked in yesterday to dine in and the rude workers informed me that they're not doing dine in today.

**Next day review. Just heard from Zeppes and they were awesome in resolving the issue with an apology and refund. I appreciate the quick resolution and will definitely order from them again. Thank you. ** Zeppes in Bainbridge. We ordered 2 chef salads and 2 calzones. The salads had no meat. When I called the young man said he would credit us. We ate the calzones to find only one was correct. There were no mushrooms as ordered on one and that one had an abundance of mushy cheese. Still no credit.

Waited 2.5 hours for pizza to come only to find out that their “door dash” delivery driver picked pizza up and then cancelled the order. Which is odd because I called the restaurant to place the order! I only knew because I called several times. Never again!

We hadn't been to a zeppe's in over 5 years, we were excited when we realized there was one within 25 minutes of our home. We ordered a white sauce pepperoni, a California and these amazing pepperoni rolls. They also sell six packs of beer to go which was amazingly convenient.

I stopped by and ordered a hot sub for a change of pace. Didn't realize all sandwiches were $11.00. Could have went to Jersey Mike's or Subway and got a 6" for alot cheaper. But I stayed and bought one and it was ok. Had better subs at other places. No biggie though.
