If you are going to raise your prices make sure your food is cooked all tje way. This place is terrible anymore. Will go elsewhere from now on.

We have ordered many times and pizza is usually great. Wings are awesome. Had bad experience and called to let them know. Calpine was raw pizza burnt and had no sauce. No attempt was made on their part to correct the order.

Food is usually good. But I was unprepared for how they'd handle me finding a long hair baked into the cheese of my day-old pizza (pictured below).

I initially just wanted to let them know about the issue, mistakes happen, but they wouldn't listen and insisted on proof. So I brought it to them with the notion that if I was coming out there I'm getting my money back. Only to have the manager-of-the-day say that she wasn't working the day before so she cannot do anything. Cannot call yesterday's manager-of-the-day, acted like I'm a fool for not noticing the previous day, and only resorted to calling the owner when I made it clear this was unacceptable.

The owner okayed the refund but apparently wanted to call me liar. As the manager-of-the-day suggested that they have no way of knowing it was their pizza, even after I mentioned I could go get the box. She then went on to mention the owner wanted her to say that. All over $12.70.

I used to rave about Zeps. Not anymore in my opinion they have gone down hill. Both their product and their service are not what they used to.

If I could give no stars I would! Every time we spend good money here just to receive doughy pizza, even ask for the pizza to be over cooked and its still super doughy

This is our favorite pizza place for a lot of reasons. I can’t think of anything on the menu we haven’t liked.

Just received our order and it was delicious.
Delivery time was spot on.
We have been customers for many years and have always enjoyed the food. This is our first time of online ordering and it worked very well.

How can it take 2 hrs for a salad and shrimp basket. Most likely my last time ordering from here. Then I get my food and my shrimp basket needs to be heated cause it’s barely warm and salad had no cheese. Never again

Heard they were coming to New Garden so we had to make the drive from Summitville to this location. Delicious Pizza! (Hoping you guys deliver to Summitville).

RUDE! New to the area trying different pizza places the employees are rude. They have coupons on website that they won't honor and said they can't do anything about the fact they are on there. The pizza could be amazing but the way I was treated nope ill go elsewhere.

I wouldn’t go to this establishment unless you like really rude customer service. My husband called to place a order we were told about a hour for pick up which was okay with us as we were traveling threw from canton. Got their over an hour and food was not ready parking lot was full no place to wait when they finally brought our food out it was cold and it was just shoved threw the window at us from an older lady. Poor customer service!

Had an employee say they could deliver to my address once but the prices were to high on thier wings, call today and I'm told that my address that's only 2 to 3 minutes away is out of thier delivery area, maybe specify thatbi it's not a sebring address you guys dont deliver. Lost my business have a good day.

Everytime i put in a pickup order something is wrong with my order. In my most recent experience I ordered 2 pizzas.the cheese pizza was burnt and my large pizza that was supposed to be cut in squares with extra sauce.it was cut in triangles with no sauce on the pizza even tho the receipt said extra sauce on it and cut in squares. I then called to complain and they gave me two new pizzas.they once again gave me a large pizza cut in triangles. I recommend not ordering from here, they do not pay attention to their customers. There is better pizzas shops around.

GOODNESS Amazing food get The barrett Burger with the potato wedges or jojo's and a root beer and your set.

The pizza I ordered was on time, and very tasty especially coming from an Italian! The staff super family oriented and professional love the atmosphere keep up the awesome job coming from a new comer here in Sebring Ohio
