Went in looking for a very hard car part figuring they wouldn't have it and they didn't, but the guy did fix me up and it worked perfectly when I got home thanks a lot

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The managers are very very rude. The lady manager spoke to me as though I was a child. And when I asked for another manager he wouldn’t speak to me face to face and turned his back to me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are very shady. I have never written a review before but I couldn’t let this experience slide. I have spent a great deal of money here before but I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT IN THIS PLACE! Thank God for Allied on 5th ave. They were amazing and willing to help. Zettler Hardware is a mess and they need to clean their acts up soon. Good customer service can create a great experience. Bad customer service can lead to NO BUSINESS AT ALL!

They spoke to me and my granddaughter when we entered the store. Went to the back got more car keys made and both gentlemen spoke to her and I and the one kept talking to my granddaughter while we waited.

Love the neighbor hardware store, people so helpful, they have everything rather big box stores have, but you don't have to walk a mile to the back of the store

They were very helpful, Everytime I go in there. If you go somewhere else and can't find what your looking for, they always have what you need. So I give them a 5 star to them they are good at what they do, over there on Innis ave.

Had to have glass replaced on broken window and it was finished and ready in two days. Very satisfied with the service and helpfulness of the employee's.

I've had to go here every time I need something special done like fixing a broken window or look for a certain tool or product. It's been around longer than I have my grandfather always took me here when he was doing home repairs

This young man was in there being very rude to me and my boss. It was and employees friend. Very bad experience I'll be shopping at Lowe's from now on.

Awesome for a hardware store. Probably one of the only few businesses to survive the neighborhood for the last three decades.

Everyone is out of leaf bags except ZETTLER on Innis rd. U can usually find all ur hardware lawn care needs it's my go to.two thumbs up
