My mother in law absolutely swears by Zoups lobster bisque! She stops to pick some up every Friday! Breanna was kind enough to hand deliver a gift card when my MIL was in the hospital. How kind! Not only wonderful soup but wonderful customer service. Do yourself a favor and stop by ZOUP in Rocky River. And support this great local business! Thank you Breanna!
The crew at Zoup! Is phenomenal. Breana, Devan, and Ciara always show me great service along with the rest of the crew. They are always providing superior customer service and the food is fresh and delicious. 5

An amazing place for lunch! Very nice employees and all of their food is great. They are quick too, so choose going here for a quick lunch over fast food. Taste much better!
The soups here are always good, but don't be afraid to branch out and get their tasty sandwiches too! Better yet, do half and half!
Service is always friendly, soups ate always delicious. Prices are steep especially if you have a family to feed.
Amazing food and amazing service. We had 3 rambunctious 2-6 yr olds, and many new to Zoup so wanted lots of samples.staff was so accommodating and sweet and patient! Food was bomb as always and all the first timers loved it. We had some with dietary restrictions and they still were super sweet and accomodating. THEN they gave us a free bandana since it was my birthday! Best ever!
