Ordered a set of wheels online and this store fulfilled the order. Shipped super fast and packed well. They even put a hand written note thanking me and wishing me happy skating. The lines can be long at any Zumiez but at least this store does the little things to make you feel good.

Great place to purchase skateboards or any other accessories. We came in only having a faint idea of what we wanted and the employee was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. We ended leaving with two long boards and some helmets.

I like to buy inexpensive clothes, but I don't think some of those clothes would have made it thru ck out with out falling apart.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. My 11 year old son has been getting his skate boarding stuff here for the last year and the staff is always eager to help him find exactly what he needs. He just bought his first "pro skate board" here today and he was so excited! They had the exact board he was hoping they would carry! And of course they have the best stickers! The whole family loves stickers so we all get something fun from this store.

Will never recomend this store. Around the holidays there return policy is horrible. All items were on one gift receipt. When tried to exchange the items I got my self for a smaller size it was all sales are final didnt get a chance to show them receipt. What never again. I would rather a gift be bought from some place else.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Good selection. Prices were the same as anywhere else. No deals or bargons except clearance items

Staff is always super friendly, helpful and goes out of their way to make sure the experience and vibe throughout the store is relaxed and pleasant! They frequently have sales and are good about being competitive with other stores of similar style such as Pacsun and Vans. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys stores with this similar style!

Love this store! Check online and don't be afraid to chat with the staff, they appear to love their jobs:). Lots of selection amd girls dont be affraid to check the mens side they have all the sizes to fit. And i even prefer the mens stuff since it fits much more relaxed than the ladies. Great array of boards and stickers as well. Keep up the good work guys!
