Casey's, McAlester OK

Restrooms are dirty, toilets look like they didn’t get cleaned in a month. Urinal was broke a week ago still broke today.

The pumps are either so slow its not worth your time or just don't work and there is nothing posted on the pumps letting customers now. I've stopped by here twice in the last month due to convenous and ended up finding another gas station in both instances. I watched other people run into the same issues and moving to other pumps to see if they could get one to work before getting pissed off and going down the road. I'm not sure what's changed as I have used this station for years with no issues. If you're traveling through McAlester do yourself a favor and find another gas station to save yourself frustration and time.

Does anything ever work at this place. Third time I've stopped in row and the pumps were messed up. Do better.

So I went in there and I was giving this girl my ID and she looks at me and gives me attitude and I don’t appreciate it. Get your workers and check please. Disrespectful

Who tf doesn’t accept CASH? Honestly, if you can’t accept cash, you shouldn’t even be open for business.

We stopped to fill up with diesel for a quickie but it was slow slow slow don't stop filling

All pumps do not have def.
Men's restroom still nasty.
Truckers large receipt not working.
Drink fountain had no carbonation Yuk.
Customer service still lacking.
Men's Restroom was nasty. No paper towels and swimming in piss.
Customer service is bad here too. I tried to get the diesel pump one person said just push pay inside. Which I did pump did not start walked in a second one person said push the pay inside and leave credit card. Which I did not mind but why make me come inside twice. Now coming in a third time. I will never be back here. If the restroom is nasty so is everything else. You have been warned. Go some where else. This place is the pits.

Gas pumps will not accept credit cards. This a recurring problem at Casey's Mcalester and the staff doesn't care that their customers are going from pump to pump trying to find one that works. Terrible service.

I did fuel in Casey employee inside need to be trained more. On diesel pumps they said they take efs but when u pay them inside. They saying we can't take it just make sure b4 u pumping fuel. There.

About 1h for 30 gallons of gas.
I don’t understand why regulars would ever come here…

This place is gross. All of the bathroom stalls are littered with dirty toilet paper on the ground. None of the stalls has toilet paper except for one and the staff couldn’t even put it in the dispenser but just hung it on the door hook. How much lazier can you get? If you can, go anywhere else.

This is going to be a little different of a review. I didn't get her name, but she had dark hair, and she was phenomenal. I accidentally locked my keys in the car along with my phone. She helped me call AAA so I could get someone to help me unlock my doors. She was kind and understanding, knowing I wasn't from the area. She told me I could stay inside where it was cooler and offered me a chair while I waited 2 and half hours. Thank you to this young lady.

Not enough bathrooms. Don’t build a new gas station with only one functional stall. Seriously.

This place is always packed, which means lines are always long. They usually only have two people working registers, which isn't enough. Expect a long wait time to check out. The bathrooms are very small here for such a busy facility. Cleanliness of restrooms can be hit or miss.
They never put any decent pizza on their pizza by the slice racks. It's only every pepperoni, sausage, or cheese. It needs more variety and specialty options! It's so disappointing that a place known for its pizza doesn't offer better options for its customers. They could do much better.

3 "stockers" talking and ignoring customers, one cashier left to deal with two sprawling lines of customers with things to do and places to be. Manager wasn't around till later to notice. Bad service.

1 hour and 20 mins for a large pizza and forgot the bread sticks and had to wait even longer WOW. COLD PIZZA AND HOT BREAD STICKS WITH WARM CHOCOLATE MILK

This has to be the worst Casey's in the system. I've been stopping by here for years, and it is always something. But the last few trips through here, it has been the worst. There's always something broken not or not working and many times it stays that way for weeks. There are just too many other good places in McAlester to get gas and food without putting up with this. I don't know if this is a corporate issue or a local management issue. I think I visited here my last time.
