My husband and I had a delightful lunch here. The food was fantastic and the servers were so friendly. We will be back the next time we are in town. Definitely worth the stop.

Cindy is the BEST at customer service. Anyone anywhere who knows Cindy knows awesome customer service. Her honesty and loyalty are very valuable to all. This restaurant is wonderful and they have done amazing things to make it this way. Thank you to this staff and crew for always making this a great experience.

Nice location but the food was over cooked to the point where my "medium" burger was dry and my wife's salmon was crunchy. Go to Golden Valley instead.

The food was amazing! My husband wanted to order a second dinner just so he can eat more. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and taught us about the new up coming events. Highly recommend anyone coming to town to try this place. Plus there's a outdoor patio on the second floor that you can watch the parade from.

We have always had attentive wait staff. Good selection of food and tasty too. Drinks are made well.

Had lunch here so not sure if dinner is different, but service was a little lacking. The per glass wine selection is minimal, good selection, but small list, so prepare to buy a bottle. Food was decent. Great to sit out on their patio on a nice afternoon/evening.

I love a nice patio and the atmosphere here is very chill. They made us a special mocktail when we asked about alcohol free options. Good burger, tasty pizza, crispy fish and chips. We got there pretty late so by the end of dinner the kitchen was closing up but the servers still brought us dessert and didn’t rush us.

When in McMinnville, you must eat here. Top notch staff and food. Chill atmosphere, with a superb roof top-type patio where you can take in the trees on the main street.

The woman that manages the place that we met upstairs, she was awesome, Upstairs was pretty cool, but you definitely want to go on a warm evening. The woman that geeted us upon entering this place was totally unorganized and rude. Totally ruined the experience for us. The food is fantastic.

Great restaurant. Had salmon club and blueberry hazelnut salad. Great Pinot. Wait staff very helpful. Really hip vibe.

This restaurant made a poor decision in overbooking tables as a means to either genuinely try to help people get tables or make an extra dollar. Either way, it led to a >1 hr wait for food after making an order.which once placed at our table, looked measly (portions sizes similar those seen of fast food places slammed at lunch time). Additionally, the taste of the food reflected the wait time. Paying a price for a sit-down dining experience, it was unexpected I didn't get this.
In the end, customers paid the price for their mistake.

I want to like this place so badly, but the food is mediocre. Great rooftop patio, but I’ve been here multiple times the past couple years and every time the dish looks really good on the menu, but falls flat in person.

I’ve had the burgers, pizzas, and sandwiches, but had the banh min sandwich today. A generous size, but the bread was too thick, too much dry meat, 2 little slices of carrots and cucumbers, and the server forgot to dress it. Just a huge, dry, expensive sandwich. Really disappointing.

These prices are definitely Portland and that's great if you can put your money where your mouth is. Service was great, he was attentive and nice. The atmosphere was pleasant with the third floor restaurant and that's where the shine went away. The food was bland lacking taste (or seasoning and/or condiment). Had a Caesar salad that started at 14 and then added chicken for it to be 22 bucks which is okay if the salad was a great salad which it was not. I never leave reviews and this needed to be stated!

Had reservations and they still told us they didn’t know when they could sit us. So it’s pretty much mindless to make reservations if they are busy.

I’m going to tell you why 1882 Grille should always be your go to 3rd street spot in McMinnville. Let’s start with hosting. We came on Easter with no reservation. They say us in 10 minutes. Next, let’s talk about service. Maybe was our server and she took exceptional care of our party (three adults, a toddler and a 16 month old). She brought beer tasters, made wine recommendations and helped us navigate the delicious menu (not an easy feat). I picked the soup, and wow what a revelation of ham navy bean delight. My wife chose the Buffalo mac n cheese with steak (cooked to perfection). We also ordered bread and cauliflower Buffalo which is the best appetizer in Yamhill county. For dessert we ordered the crème brûlée and blueberry blackberry bread pudding. I can say this dessert is worthy to eat on the day our Lord Jesus rose from the dead. Cheers 1882 and Mayce! We will be back again.
