Ordered 13 windows. Len came out and measured for them and said that I would love the Cascade replacement windows as they pop in so easily. Man, was he right! And at a very affordable price too! Thank you!

Len Fisher is the go to guy. Good prices, prompt responses to emails, quick onsite repairs. I've experienced very good customer service. Len has gone out of his way to make us a happy customer, he took the time to get us exactly what we wanted and went the extra mile to make things right when we weren't completely satisfied.

I called 1st choice windows and doors in grants pass because I was having trouble with my sliding glass door sticking and not sliding open and close. I tried vacuuming the track out and using silicone lubricant, but nothing worked. So I called a couple window companies and they said it would be 100.00 to 200.00 dollars to come out and look at the problem. So I called 1st choice window and doors, Len answered the phone, I told him my predicament, so he said his company doesn’t do repair work but he gave me an idea on might work. I followed his advice and in two minutes my slider was working perfectly again!
So I just wanted to let everyone know this is one honest company that puts the customer first. He didn’t have to help as I was not a paying customer, but he did!
So if you need door or window service this is where to go in Grants Pass!

Great work, easy to communicate with. We've used them twice and been happy both times. I will go to them every time we need a new door!

I went directly to the office, good experience, Ray the measure guy came out next day for the 2 windows, and install was exactly a month later by two very experienced, mature guys who were careful, and tidy as a bonus. Very pleased. Will use again.

Len was great to meet and work with. All of our doors throughout our home are great. New construction completed June of 2018
