Customer service is always good Good food, great selections of beer and cider. Highly recommend.

There are many stores and several restaurants here. To name a few-McMenamins, olive garden, target, batteries plus, America's best eyeglasses, lowes.

Just another strip mall and the unfriendly Town of Portland Oregon. Decent selection of businesses unfortunately the clientele tend to make these businesses hard to visit and driving around that parking lot you are definitely taking your life into your own hands as it appears the rule is no one pays attention.

If it wasn't for a half dozen horribly Toxic smelly drugged out homeless people walking out in front of you like if we're lay down the red carpet for them & bow down to them, (like that would happen LMFAO!) Then run up to you in groups & they totally believe we had give them money! NOT! I know it's everywhere in this what was called "The City Of Rose's" which was never heard of again 12 years ago when the 's become popular on sides walks, over passes. It continued up til the idiot Trump took off illegally then we definitely have become "Landfill Of A City"!

Nice clean mini mall with several stores. AT&T, Verizon, OnPoint, liquor Store, Restaurants.

And the staff were quite friendly and the food was good. Some of the attentiveness of the staff wasn't quite what I would expect the level to be. Minor things. But I would give it four to five stars.

This whole complex needs to shut down. Sadly but the amount of crime that comes from the little bar, next to the liquor store, the theft inside all stores in the complex. Just close it down.

Small lot and a lot of traffic. Nice to see a small mall that isn't empty. Have nice variety of stories and food.

While this was my first time at this restaurant I didn't come away with a satisfied smile on my face. My lunch was served on a carving board where I was supposed to add onions and guacamole to my steak tacos. I also ordered rice and beans for my order. Sides are extra.
The taco shells were very thin and when I tried to roll the first one up to pick it up and eat, the shell tore in half. So I used a fork to eat my lunch. The steak meat was tiny pieces made up of gristle and very little meat.
While these people were very friendly and pleasant some couldn't speak English. I was never asked if I wanted a refill on my coffee or water. My Attorney paid for this lunch so I was spared the cost.
I'm hoping after hearing about my review this place will try a little harder for their customers.
Note: . One of the servers was in the restroom at the same time I was. She didn't use soap when she washed her hands.only water.
It did appear to be a very clean restaurant but the ladies restroom needed some attention. There weren't any seat protectors and the toilet paper fell off onto the floor.

America's Best is no longer the place it was for many years. I have been a patron since 2010. There were no greetings, no smiles and strangely no eye contact. I didn't understand why I had to make an appointment. Things moved very slow. The front person never asked for my insurance card. It would have saved me a lot of time by letting me know they did not accept Cigna, the day before over the phone. Cigna has filed a complaint about the behavior of this establishment. Sad. It was a strange visit all together. I can't explain the vibes the employees were giving off. They acted" better than". I won't be recommending AB at all.
