I was taking a visit to look at apartments around town while visiting University of Oregon. Brittany gave me a tour and the rooms look very comfortable and the amenities are wonderful.

My daughter lived at this property last year. The amenities are great and the staff is extremely helpful. I'm happy that she'll be living here again next year.

Absolutely loved living here. Very modern apartments, useful and easily accessible amenities, and such a helpful staff. Anna was always able to answer my questions and provide me with the assistance I needed. Would absolutely recommend this to a friend!

A very nice building with great amenities and staff. Recently due to the virus I experienced some issues with paying my lease and needed to ask the staff for some assistance. They were extremely helpful throughout that whole process, and I was able to get through this difficult time thanks to their genuine care and understanding of my situation. For anyone looking for a place to live near UO, 2125 easily covers everything you may need and then some.

Well being a far more qualified greater European I have to agree with dozens of the reviews left here after just trying to complete the simple basics with these now adays very poorly educated usa students left running this place that I talked to there who appeared extremly unsure and unknowledable of there position here and how to get completed what needed to be completed And they put me in hold to ask someone who should know both times and they didnt at all and they just dont understand as well that I'm my own guarantor at 30 years old now and they still couldnt complete basic with me to do proper business to make them any money that they arent getting new adays.

I have loved living here so far! I love being able to be in a complex where there is so many college students so if you know any one in your class that also lives in your apartment complex its really nice to be able do assignments together.i also love all the amenities available to us! One thing i really liked when i moved in was being able to move in a place that’s fully furnished with nice appliances and furniture.another thing i really like is having a maintenance staff that will help fix whatever needs fixing.definitely don’t have any complaints about living here, and the staff is very friendly and really care about their residents!

I highly recommend 2125. My daughter lived here for 2 years and I always had comfort knowing she was in a clean and safe environment while being far from home. Also have to admit I was always a bit jealous with the beautiful accommodations, view and amenities. I would visit as often as I could.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even have someone on call all night in case you lock yourself out of your room. I had an issue with my dryer and maintenance was there to replace it the very next day. The rooms are pretty spacious, and there is more parking than anywhere else near campus. Pretty good price point given all the amenities and how close it is to campus.

Additionally, they do a lot to make living there fun. They constantly host events with free food and give away prizes (not cheesy prizes either, like really cool prizes). Every once in awhile they'll do giveaways on instagram as well, and you don't even have to live there to win.

This is one of the best off campus student housing options Eugene has to offer. The amenities are great, rent is affordable, the staff has been friendly and it's nice having a great maintenance team around to repair anything that may need to be.

I lived here my sophomore year of college. While i dont have many complaints about the location or design of the apartments, I do have a MASSIVE complaint with unneccessary charges. I lived in a 4-4 and one of my roomates and I moved out for summer but not before making sure the common area and our rooms were in perfect condition. Recently, I got a charge for $900 for apartment damage and cleanup after I moved out. I then learned that my friend that moved out at the same time was slapped with a $1200 charge for the same stuff. While we lived there, we would constantly get charged for things that we did not do that would happen on a completely different floor. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY AT LEAST $2000 ON TOP OF YOUR RENT FOR ILLIGITIMATE CHARGES.

Dark unit and on the ground floor. Not worth the cost. You can find better, cheaper, sunnier units elsewhere.

This place 100% needs to be INVESTIGATED. I signed my lease and planned on moving in the summer of July 1st for months. I've been in constant touch with them up to my arrival and just when I was about to move in and to pick up my keys they decided to tell me that the room was not cleaned and left in the same condition the previous owner had left it. They made me sign this document called "as is" which states that I will be receiving the room in the previous condition it was left. Otherwise, they would had to hold off the date of my move in to clean it. I had no place other to stay and they did not provide me any other alternative so I was forced to sign it. See what they did? I paid my full month of rent and they charged the previous owner security deposit and mine as well and they conveniently decide to tell me the time I went in to pick up my key that they didn't clean the room. I asked to speak to the manager and she was apparently on a vacation in Mexico. There were no other management position I can talk to about this matter. The management here is absolutely disgusting and they try to rip off their residents left and right. CAREFUL.
Otherwise the apartment is new and nice but obviously, like their management, a lot of small broken unfixed things in the house. Also does not come with some things as promised like the TV or Vacuum. Make sure you do your research.

Very nice facilities and is always kept clean. On average it's very quite and you don't hear your surrounding neighbors (most of the time). The student associates are very nice and willing to help. Maintenance can be slow but they eventually get to what you need, fixed. Location wise very convenient and safe but not so much if your a partier.

This is by far the worst apartment building I’ve ever experienced. They constantly try everything they can to get more money out of you. And it’s gotta be against some sort of law to have people come “inspect” inside bedrooms basically every few weeks, if not more often. Had an inspector try to open my door while I was naked. I held the door shut and told them to come back later because I was literally naked. They just kept saying they needed to come in and inspect the room. They don’t even give a REASON for the inspections. It’s insane. Go with an apartment that respects your privacy, and respects you as a resident. Additionally, my roommate decided they were going to get a giant dog without asking us if it was okay or if we were allergic. Then the dog used the whole apartment as his bathroom and barked all day/night, but the staff did nothing about this. Same roommate always threw parties, and was extremely loud in the morning, and guess what? Staff once again didn’t care. Worst apartments ever and WAY overpriced. I moved into a one bedroom apartment and now pay LESS than I did to share an apartment with THREE other people at 2125 Franklin. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Living at 2125 Franklin has been a very nice experience; it's new, clean and close to campus. It may be a bit more pricy than other locations but you do get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, and will promptly take care of the issues that come up.

I love 2125 Franklin. The apartments are in mint condition and super close to the bus station. I love that 2125 Franklin has a gym. Honestly they have best apartments for the best prices.

This is my first year living at 2125 Franklin and I really love it! I was new to Eugene this past fall and didn’t really know what to expect. Franklin exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms are really nice, and I love having my own bathroom. It’s also super great having such a large kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. The units also all come with their own washer and dryer which is so nice! Additionally, the building itself feels really safe and it’s also quiet here which is nice for studying. Another great plus is that not only is it cheaper than living in the dorms, but you also get more living space. I highly recommend living in 2125 Franklin.
