I loved living at the adorable property offered by 24/7 Properties. All my interactions with staff were positive. Kristina, Director of Operations, played a huge role in making my time living there pleasant and comfortable. Kristina is always quick to respond, friendly, helpful and caring. I appreciated her kindness and awesome people skills. She is truly an asset to the company.

Recently I had a chance to sit down with Doug Moe. As a new owner of a rental property, I had a lot of questions. Doug met me and person and carefully answered all my questions. As a new owner navigating this new business world. I am so happy to have a professional like Doug and 24/7 properties.

As someone who has owned most of my adult life, this is the first property management company I’ve worked with as a renter. I’ve been really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with! Starting with Kristina, who showed genuine excitement for my kids and I as we moved in around Christmas time, to most recently Jeff, who came by to check out an issue we developed from a leak, this company is one I’d recommended as an owner or a renter. Jeff was professional, kind and helpful and even took a moment to say hello to my son’s cat. We love where we live and I’m so happy to be working with 24/7. I highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about Doug Moe at 24-7 Properties. In a world where professionalism seems to be a rare commodity, Doug stands out as one of the most professional individuals I have had the pleasure of working with in a long time. DOUG MOE FILED AN EVICTION WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE PHYSICAL MAILBOX FOR RENT PAYMENTS. This was in the month of December before the holidays.
I was also charged $250 for “tampering” with fire alarm although the fire alarm was faulty. I told Doug in person but I don’t think he was even listening. I paid the fee because I didn’t even want to waste energy arguing about it but they did not replace the fire alarm for 8-9 months. Later that year I requested that they credit me for that, especially since it was never replaced, let alone it was not working properly! Jason, their maintenance person, helped make that happen. He is the only good part of that company.
I cannot count how many times they had contractors and vendors enter the property or come work on the property without a notice. I would get a text message the day of or an hour before someone would come by to work on the property or even enter the house.
I had to cancel a work meeting because they had contractors over without notice and they were using a table saw inside.
I met both of the actual owners of the property as they wanted to walk-thru and look at the inside. While some work was getting done, the owner actually came by one day and I never got notice that he was going to be coming over. I let him inside but I haven’t ever heard of renters with a property management company meeting the actual owners or having the actual owners come by without notice.
This is just a couple of highlights of my experience with this property management company.
If I were you and you see that they are managing the property, I would RUN AWAY. They are not worth dealing with!

Document absolutely everything when you move in and when you move out, even the inside of appliances, floors, every possible scratch etc. Document areas with no damages or issues when you leave so they cannot lie that something IS there. They attempted to penalize us for a number of pre existing damages when we moved out and we were only able to dispute and lower the charges because we took lots of pictures. They even tried to ding us for a dirty floor using grainy photos taken literally weeks after we moved out, likely tracked in by their maintenance staff. Tbh they misrepresented the square footage of the unit by at least 200 ft as well. Maintenance staff were lovely but the management is profoundly unprincipled and will take advantage of you if you do not protect yourself.edit: Also note that practically all positive reviews are from people whose properties they manage, NOT tenants. That really says it all.

The process of renting a new home was smooth and everyone here is so attentive. I love the staff at 24/7 Properties.

I just Jason a five-star rating he definitely deserves it I only ask for two repairs but while he was here he asked if there was anything else so I pointed out like three other things I need to be done and he came back and did a great job and took care of all that need to be done all the repairs that need to be done around the house and he's really quiet and he did a really great job he actually blew me away I definitely would give Jason a five-star rating and I want him to do any future repairs on my property

I love working with Doug, Jeff and the rest of the team at 24/7 Properties. While they have all the same tools and solutions of larger competitors, their bouquet approach really personalizes the experience and that adds a lot of confidence for owners. It's hard to find a property management company with the structure, the process, the reporting, smart folks, etc. You'll find all of that at 24/7 Properties. I've been a tenant with 24/7 for the last 4 years, and am moving on with a home purchase. My experience with them has been nothing less than very professional. They have been very responsive when I've had maintenance issues or any questions about he property, and the online tenant portal makes maintenance, payments, records etc, very easy. Darin W.
