Pool and steam room were closed when we were there. Sauna room is quite small and packed. Prior to going in, I tried to call to find out if facilities we’d like to use were open but were put on hold and eventually got hung up. Nowadays there’s no such thing as customer service! I should just be grateful that the gym is open at all.

I’m so happy to be back at 24/hr fitness! Ashley helped me sign up for a membership today and was super kind and helpful. It feels good to be getting back into my physical fitness routine. Really like this facility, I like that there is a sauna and a jacuzzi that I can use. There is a wide variety of machines to choose from, as well as classes and the free weights area doesn’t usually seem to be too crowded. Plus, this location is super conveniently located. If it’s in your budget to have a monthly membership, why not spend it at a nice place with friendly staff?

Broken equipment with a dirty gym and dirtier locker room. Location is convenient though since I can shop and get gas at Costco afterward

Staff are super nice and super helpful. However, I am here because I need the machines that I cannot have in my little home. My rating is solely based on the machines and not the customer service as I have to be fair to all the wonderful people that works here. The cardio machines however, really need to be fixed. At least half of the cardio machines are not working and those that do work, have some issues. They are loud, would stop working while on them, and would not turn back on. I have 6 more months on my contract, if the machines aren’t fixed, I will definitely find myself and my wife a gym elsewhere that actually keeps up with keeping their machines operational.

The gym is crazy filthy, almost half of the treadmills don’t work, half the time
I go all then paper towel dispensers are out. Bathrooms are gross. The basketball courts and lockers rooms neglected. Good thing about them is the annual membership deal and they are open 24 hours.

This is probably the worst location next to the mall 205 local. The locker room and bathrooms are FILTHY. Dirty toilet paper all over the floor, the entire locker room floor is wet. Literally the ENTIRE floor with wet Toilet paper crumbled up all over it. Smells gross in there and also very humid like a steam room. But the steam room isn’t in the locker room. Why so steamy?

This place is filthy. The entire cardio level is covered in a thick layer of dust and grime between the buttons. It’s disgusting. I’ve been to several gyms over the years and they all have someone on shift who’s wiping machines.

There is a lot of equipment, but it all seems pretty old. The worst part is how many things are broke. Especially in the men's room. The swimsuit dryer, one of the showers and a TV are all broke in the men's room. Also the hot tub has apparently been broke for over a month. I've only been here a week so I am sure there are way more broke things if I looked around. They seem to be in no rush to fix anything either. Also the men's locker room is very dirty. Considering driving an extra 5 miles to a different 24 hour fitness that is better maintained.
Edit: they finally fixed the hot tub after over a month. Then less then a week later the steam room broke down.

I loved this gym before COVID, but now it’s horribly maintained, and a majority of the equipment is broken (with no hope for it being fixed). It takes a solid 5 minutes to find a working treadmill these days, I would guess maybe 10 out of 30 are working? It’s also super dirty. Like disgusting. It wasn’t like this before COVID, and I am considering taking my business elsewhere.

Toured this gym looking for a good gym with a pool. It was disappointing. Old and neglected equipment and incredibly crowded. Felt like a high school gym, but actually way less maintained than my high school's.

Both the facility and the equipment are pretty busted up, even 2 years post lockdowns and all. No towels, FYI. I guess they quietly stopped that so don't be caught without.

(Basketball Court Review)
This place is dirty.
The court is covered in dust, to the point where there are piles of it in every corner. They have a push broom in the gym, in case you want to use your membership to come clean their floor so you can play. Also don't worry about bringing basketball clothes, they just leave lost and found right where it was left, so you can take your pick.
The rim has been broken for a few weeks, but just recently the net has also torn. I understand a little down time when things break to fix them, but come on, it takes over a week to grab a step ladder and put a new net on?
The actual atmosphere on the court is usually garbage. But not much 24 can do about that, a bunch of grown men fighting over a pick-up basketball game.
If you're looking for a place to play basketball indoors, look elsewhere. Your local rec center probably has cleaner courts and more attentive staff.

This gym has a lot of potential because of it’s size and available amenities. But it is EXTREMELY lacking on cleanliness. Truly the only form of cleaning is when I see janitorial going by and vacuuming, granted I go in the mid day. But they really need their csr’s wiping down machines at least once every hour on rotation or when it’s dead time. Most of the members don’t wipe down their equipment after each use. In the past week I’ve been noticing a really strong odor in the gym, and it’s really bad.

Broken treadmills, broken leg press machine that's been out of service for a long time. Not a clean environment at all. You would would think with how much they charge the place would be kept up better.

I have also contracted staph infection a few times there laying on their mats.

They need to do better at maintaining the place. I feel bad for the members walking from broken treadmill to broken treadmill trying to find one that works. Typically if it does work, the machine sounds like it dying.

Honestly tried to give 24 the benefit of the doubt. This location is always disgusting. Something is always breaking (sauna, steam room, hot tub) and while I know it’s because people keep messing with the equipment at some point when are staff going to come in and take away the membership? Like it’s ruining if for the rest of us. And housekeeping should come in more to clean because those showers, tiles, and pool room are gross. I don’t like to complain especially enough to write a review but honestly feel like I’m getting scammed of my experience.
