Amanda kills it every time with my short, barber style hair cut. I get compliments all the time. She knows her stuff and has a fresh style and chill environment. She's in high demand so book early.

The most awkward hair appointment I’ve ever had. I don’t need my hair stylist to talk the entire time, in fact I enjoy some peace and quiet when I’m getting my hair done, but Amanda didn’t seem to want to make an effort to talk at all unless she was responding to me making an effort. I don’t know if she was mad I canceled a bang trim appointment, but the vibe was pretty harsh. I’ve gotten my hair done by Amanda 4 or 5 times before this and she cuts good hair! I was excited to see her again after being shut in during my maternity leave. Unfortunately I didn’t realize how long my hair had gotten since my last cut, being up in a mom bun everyday you lose track. So I scheduled a mid length cut. Amanda realized she was running late when her next client came in so she decided to repeatedly tell me how I had scheduled wrong. This felt super rude to do especially in front of another client. I told her I’d pay for the long hair cut time, but she said it wasn’t necessary. Instead she rushed through my cut and I ended up with random strands that are shorter on one side. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

Genuinely the best experience I've had with haircuts. If you are new to town/unsure of where to get a trim; or in need of a new style altogether - I strongly suggest you give this studio a try. Jon and Amanda are straight up legends. I always feel very welcome when I come here, and know that I will always leave looking fresh. Ever since my first appointment, Jon has put his heart and soul into each cut I've gotten. They both take their time  and give strong consideration and attention to whatever details you are needing in your style. Haircuts are a huge point of anxiety for me, but I know that I never have to worry when I come here. Thanks Jon and Amanda for all that you do!

I was super frustrated with my hair so I booked a trim with Jon and was totally impressed with his work. He took the time to ask me details of what I want to do with my hair and made me feel right at home. Definitely will go back and definitely recommend. The spot was clean and had a good vibe.

Michelangelo, da Vinci, Jon Rowe. Jon Rowe is a true artist of his craft who is leading the competition by example. After hundreds of meh haircuts over the years on both the east and west coasts. My first haircut with Jon Rowe was the best ever, and certainly not the most expensive. A cut, wash, beard trim and style with Jon is worth every penny.

Jon possesses a gravitas and humility that suggests he has experience and training beyond his age. If you get him taking about books, music, movies, coffee, or travel you'll have great conversations and share some genuine laughs. Watching him work, it becomes immediately apparent that his scissor and clipper work is on another level.

Jon exudes confidence in each of his very precise and deliberate movements of scissor and comb, as if he could foresee each piece of hair he intends to cut before he cuts it - and then says silently to each tuft as it cascades down to the ground, "I release you. "

Jon has a well-trained eye for cutting and styling, and a gift for interpreting his clients' needs and wants. Then he adds his own signature on each piece of work. Not an obnoxious signature in flashing lights, but a distinct touch that is only amplified by its discretion.

There is a healthy respect, as there is between worthy adversaries, between Jon and my many cowlicks. Jon wields the scissors the way a gunslinger wields his six shooter, and the cowlicks go down with one well-aimed quick-draw shot, every time. I've had other stylists who charge almost double what Jon earns tell me that because of my cowlicks, I could not have the style I wanted. Jon Rowe made it happen with ease.

At the sink, Jon treats hair and scalp the same way a classic car enthusiast would treat a rare and exquisite model of automobile that is one of the last of its kind. Jon is patient in explaining his styling process and the products so you can look great at home, too.

Men, fire your stylist and go see Jon Rowe immediately. Your wives, girlfriends, sisters, and mothers will thank you.

Fantastic haircut with Jon Rowe. I made a pretty drastic change. He took into consideration what I was looking for, what I was looking to avoid, my facial features, a hair texture. He was detail oriented and really a true artist. The ambiance of the studio was also great. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had a great cut and color here with Amanda and Daisy, respectively. Amanda does the best shags and mullets in town and Daisy is a wizard with color! She was so knowledgeable and helped me decide on a color and placement that was perfect for me. As a bonus, the location and interior of the building are very cute. I highly recommend this salon!
