7-Eleven, Tigard OR

Been going here for some time because its fast and easy in my work day. Every time I've been there I am disappointed due to rude employees. They look down on guests that aren't Mexican and I find that quite rude. I myself am half Mexican, but don't look it much, and being discriminated against is very upsetting. I wish I could point out one single staff member who is rude but quite frankly its all of them.

So I missed my train and because I ran to get it I was sweating badly and it is 38° outside, so I walked to 7-Eleven and there's a language barrier so I could not get her name, but she let me take my windbreaker my backpack my hat and my sweater off so that I could cool down and she honestly saved my job. Can we please make this wonderful woman at manager and give her a raise?

I was surprised my Chase card actually works at this location since it's declined at every other location which is really embarrassing. My interactions with both employees were pleasant. Very nice people! Had an issue with a purchase and the cashier fixed it without a problem. I will go out of my way to visit this store again.

I felt so discriminated in this store a women with blondish was every rude to my husband and told him he was dirty when he just went to check out. And put her hands on my husband and he also said that he watched her put dounuts in the case with no gloves on! And and tried to touch his donuts that he had in his bad and he told her don’t be putting her hands in our bag of food. And tried to say she was manger of store so unprofessional of a manger! DO NOT GET YOUR DOUNTS OR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE DISCRIMINATED!

To many homeless walking up to your car for change now days walking up on people isn't vary good considering they look up to no good

This location is not to busy is ushelly pertty quick getting in and out.how ever I have noticed alot of homeless or people in general out side panhandleing for money.also I just seen the owner reply to another review and I have to say if you as a 711 owner doesn't see what's going on in the front of your store and you have to ask to ferther explain a issue then I suggest looking at your cameras or ask your employee if you don't know what's happening at your store.other then that store is great

The older cashier on graveyard stop selling alcohol before the 2: 30am mark on new years she said they sent and email last night it was locked around 2: 20am and she said the manager did it themselves I’ve never had this problem with any of the other cashiers that’s why I’ve been going there less and less too that location

I'd go there to buy lottery tickets very often.
I always checked the numbers at home first before going back to the store to scan the ticket on the scanner, just for the fun of it.
One time I won $8.00, I went to the store to collect the winning money.
It was just $8.00 wining, so I didn't bother to sign on the back of the ticket.
When I got there, the scanner was not working. I came to the kiosk to ask a cashier to check on my ticket. He knew so well that the scanner outside was not working. He checked the ticket with the machine inside and got the print out. He put it down on the counter far away from me, so I couldn't see how much on the print out. Then he secretly looked at the back of the ticket to see if it was signed. After that, he put the ticket together with the print out, away from me, and didn't say a word. I knew exactly that the print out had $8.00 winning on it, so I told him that I'd like $10.00 on Powerball and $8.00 on Mega Millions, and I handed out a $20.00 bill. He mumbled, OK, so $2.00 back. Not directly to me; mostly to himself - but intentionally for me to hear too. His action was so awkward. I smelt a rat.
I said, No, I want $10.00 back. I won $8.00, right?
After that, he appeared very upset. He didn't say a word and threw a $10.00 bill on the counter near me!
He seemed to be the oldest cashier in that 7-Eleven.

The clerks are super patient and always super helpful! I always come to this 7-11 because of the friendly people that work here. Thanks!

I think this guy gets a bit grumpy when there are a lot of people waiting to check out. He should learn to take it all in stride, like Probin does! Probin is always courteous, friendly, helpful and smiling when I come into the store.

I go to this store and I ask them Boss revolution card for calling out side the country and he gave me only ticket and I ask him how can I get my card and he said it’s on the receipts i try it it’s not working i called boss revolution customers service and they told me that is not working i go to my bank and dispute my money they was laying me be careful when you go this store

Why is beer so expensive here? I bought 2 six packs of Pabst Blue Ribbon and spend like 20 bucks. I went to the 7 Eleven at Greenberg and Cascade and bought the same thing but it was 15 dollars.

Just left here and will not return. Not only did the employees not follow social distancing guidelines but they allowed 4 workers to crowd around the coffee area within inches of me and then an employee came to chat with them making 5 people crowded around me within a small area. Disgusting and completely irresponsible. Also the same place where employees look at me and speak to me in spanish assuming I do not speak English?

Pradeep is a racist who can't tell white bearded men apart. I've been a customer of this location for years and tonight, Feb 14,2020, he accused me of theft in front of several other customers after taking the two cans of Rockstar forcefully out of my hands while I waited in line to purchase them. I demand an apology from the district manager and store owner. Pradeep maligned my good character and falsely accused me of crimes.

Pretty standard convenience store. Quick service and not overly friendly. Prices on some items are very high.
