5Expensive and the guy behind the counter was rude. It was obvious they don't like white people.
Intentionally Overcharging Kids.
My kids and I have been going here to get frozen drinks and hot food for a while. The young man, short one, working on 11/09/2023 at 6pm charges $2.50 general grocery charge with everything else. I’ve caught him specifically doing this before. It usually adds $1.50 or $1.00 to the total charge. I’ve asked for my receipt in the past he said it doesn’t print receipts and to check my bank account.
Tonight, we came in and a 12oz frazil and a 32oz Icee and he states $5.48. I stopped him and said, “How is that, it clearly states that a 32oz icee is $2.99 and a 12oz frazil is $1.59, what was the $2.50 general grocery charge for? ” He said it was for the frazil, I repeated it is a “$1.59 and it’s 12oz” he tried to argue with me and here was a line of people and he clearly looked nervous like he got caught trying to rip off little kids. He scanned the cup and the total came out correct. I’m not the only one who has been ripped off by this guy.
Bet if an audit is done you will find he charges $2.50 general grocery far more than he should instead of scanning the stuff. Beware, and hopefully someone turns him in for theft. I wonder how much of my kids money and your kids money has been stolen by this greedy little man. And if this is how the store directs its employees I hope they get caught.
Ask for receipt, they are intentionally overcharging with general grocery charge. Report them.
If you want Krispy crunchy chicken, you are probably better off going to Cornelius. This place has only limited availability. They are not customer oriented. If it's there, good. If not, too bad.
The new owners are purposely charging customers a dollar more per item than their shelf price. I haven't gone in depth, with the entire store, but I've tried several items and it's the same story, so I'm reporting them to the Oregon Attorney General. My advice: DON'T SHOP THERE.
