They did such a fine job replacing my furnace a few years ago, that I asked them to replace my AC this year. 20 years ago an unscrupulous AC company installed a system that only cooled the upstairs, and not the 1st floor, so 72 Degrees fixed it so that the whole house is now cooled. They also replaced damaged duct work in the crawlspace. Very happy with their competence.

First off, they are very responsive. Right now many home related service providers won't even get back to potential clients because demand is so high. But 72 Degrees is very good at getting back to potential and current clients. They also actually answer their phone, and the person who takes the calls is very pleasant/nice. All of the workers were personable and professional. During the quote for our new central AC, they presented 3 options and explained the tradeoffs without pushing for the most expensive, which we choose on our own. We had a slight miscommunication about pre-installation deck work, and 72 Degrees came up with a good solution to split the installation into two parts instead of the normal, single long appointment. The price was also in line with what we expected to pay for quality equipment and service in this area. I understand why a lot of people here recommend them.

Aaron was wonderful. Highly recommend 72 degrees. They were able to get us in on short notice, Aaron not only diagnosed the issue that we were having with our AC that was causing the sale of our home to be on hold, but, he left to get the parts and came back within an hour to do the work. It's unheard of to not have to reschedule someone coming back to complete repairs! We genuinely appreciate that he did this for us. It saved us so much time and money. Thank you Aaron and thank you 72 Degrees!

We have worked with the owner for over 10 years now, and he's always provided great customer service and is skilled at what he does. Highly recommend!

Great to have Trevor looking after our HVAC. Finding HVAC service has become so difficult, everyone just wants to sell you a new this or that and dishonesty has become the norm in this trade. Fortunately 72 Degrees seems to do things a little different. I recommend them for sure if you're looking for reliable, honest HVAC service/Repair.

We have been customers of 72 Degrees for over 15 years. They have been consistently reliable, fair in their pricing, professional and responsive. We just had a new gas heater installed. The owner of the company came to help with the installation and to make sure it was perfect. It IS perfect! We appreciated him being here and his experience in making things work right. He also was instructing his employee as they worked - hands-on training. The best way to learn. His style of training was kind, informative and non-judgmental. His employee is lucky. He's learning from a pro! When they were finished, it was a "leave-no-trace" visit. The area was immaculate and we have a great new heater - just when we needed one!

We have used 72 Degrees for seven years and are always happy with their crew and service. They are always updating their processes to include new technology (sending text reminders, photo of your tech, payment processing etc) which is great. We’ve always found them up front on any issues they find, honest about whether any repairs are needed now or can wait and we find their prices competitive. We’ve never had to wait days or schedule another appointment for parts/install. In fact on one occasion we needed a furnace part that the tech didn’t have on the truck. He said it would be 3-4 hours before he could get it and come back to install. He ended up calling another tech and drove out to get one they had. When all was said and done he had the job done in just over an hour.
That is the level of service we have always received from 72 Degrees. Thank you!
